Okay, so I need help from every guild member, or as much as possible.
It seems that our guild has gotten out of control. We've gotten more join requests, and I'm glad that has happened, but if I am right, most of them will mainly say "OMG. A 1/2 PRINCE GUILD!" or "I heart 1/2 Prince" and other crap like that in their reason to join. Which, I mean, yeah, we all love "1/2 Ouji", but, ever thought about them just making up that stuff just to join and stay inactive? I'm not saying this is true at all, but, when I looked upon the guild member activity, it seems that some have never even posted, even a couple [ I will not speak any names ] who have joined since the beginning of this guild havn't posted one bit, which, I know we all have really busy scheduals ever since the start of school, but, if you aren't going to be active that much on Gaia after joining this guild, and by inactive I mean like a whole year out without even a single post, then there will be a problem.
Anyways, I just want some of my fellow guild members who are reading this to help pitch in and clean up this confusing guild. It has "1/2 Ouji" related stuff on the main forum page, while I was hoping that only the "Chat" forum would be on the main forum page while all the other talk about "1/2 Ouji" was left in the "1/2 Ouji" subforum. And if you see that some forum topics havn't been posted in in a while, why not clean it up instead of letting it gather more and more useless space in the guild forums and whatnot? I just don't want the guild to become confusing to any of the new members, and even to the more experienced ones. And, just a note, but if I accidentally delete a really precious forum topic, then pleas inform me or just re-post it back up by yourself. I'll understand, and you can blame me if I ever mess up like that.

Ugh, that happened with my guild too! @A@ ;; We have TONS of members, but none of them are active! It started dying after my big art contest was delayed because of a ban. Greedy jerks.. razz
Anyways, maybe more specific subforums are in need? Like, instead of just "1/2 Ouji", maybe you could split it into two subforums for the manga and the novel. Though I don't think we'll need that until we get people posting, because the forums arent THAT out of control yet.
Also, if it's about forums being posted in the wrong place, we can't do anything to fix that. Only mods can move forums to the proper subforums. And if you're worried about deleting precious forums, then just DON'T delete them! x.x A "Recycle Bin" subforum to put all inactive forums would be good, just in case it's wanted back for whatever reason.
Hm.. Try holding mini contests and raffles and stuff to reel people in. Set up a guild mule so people can donate to it for things like that, since I no one's expecting you to waste away your own gold just towards this. Besides, if everyone donated a little towards the mule we'd have more gold towards contests and things than if it just came out of one person's pocket.
Yeah, that's about all. Haha..
( PS, do we have a Suggestion Box? It would be easier for members to voice their opinions on what the guild needs if we had a thread/subforum like that. ^^ )

Yes, I think thats a problem with the invites. But what could we do about them? They are, after all, fans of 1/2 Prince. How could we know if they are actrually dedicated users?
