Sunday morning at approximately 4am in Buffalo, NY Patrick Kane and his Cousin were taking a Taxi Cab home. So then the Cab Driver locked his car doors as he normally does with "College Students" before they pay, due to some bad incidents in that past. When they went to pay, they gave the cab driver $15. However the amount they had to pay was only $13.80. The Cab Driver did NOT have any change and couldn't give them the extra 20 cents back. Supposedly after they found out they wouldn't be getting the exact change back Patrick Kane punched the Cab Driver in the Face and his Cousin grabbed the Cab Driver by the throat and so they took the money and ran.
I honestly don't think Patrick Kane even Punched the Cab Driver. Post your opinions and any updated news about it here biggrin

Thank you for posting here!! <.< >.>;; By request...
Anyway, as I said before (during our personal PMs) I think it probably just a minor incident that the media took for a wild turn. I don't know Kane personally so maybe he does have a violent side (even though, as you mentioned during our PMs he's not the kind of guy to start a fight on ice). XD IMO obviously something happened that both parties could have avoided. In all this I'm just wondering...why doesn't Kane have his own vehicle to drive...? You would think for a guy that makes like $850,000 that he'd be able to afford driving lessons and a car.

Doubt thou the stars are fire, Doubt that the sun doth move; 3nodding Totally posting here too.
Although I know that Kane's side of this hasn't been released yet, from what I've read it looks pretty bad for him. Even as the cousin is being listed as the main defendant, I think we can safely say that Kane DID join in the attack, as there was a witness who both confirms Radecki(cabby)'s claim that not only did Patrick Kane punch him, "kept pounding and pounding," and was also the one to call the police.
This has been largely blown up by the media because of his fame, but regardless of who it's by, second-degree robbery, fourth-degree criminal mischief and theft of services, all of which he is being charged for, ARE a big deal. Kane has already pleaded 'not guilty,' which means they're expecting a plea bargain to reduce the charges and end in a settlement. Once this happens, Radecki's story will greatly change and he won't testify in court. Already Radecki's attorney is downplaying the whole thing, trying to get a higher settlement amount. Unless that eyewitness had a very clear view on what was happening, Kane will probably walk away with little more than a fine or something. Very 'or something' as I know only enough about the law to have passed my senior gov class. D:
Again, only Radecki's side has been reported... Until the whole thing comes to light, there is nothing we can do but speculate.
Though I can't get over how a guy who made $3.725 million after bonuses last year would be upset over $.20 that he probably should have given as tip anyway... Possibly he was drunk? That would change EVERYTHING, as he's underage as well...
Doubt truth to be a liar, But never doubt I love.

I thought it was $1.20. The cab fair was like...$13.80 and he gave the driver $15.
