Lotto Rules:
Each lotto will have a Grand Prize and a Runner Up Prize as well. Here is how the game is played:
The lucky Gaians will buy tickets from me (50g), and I will use that ticket money for the Grand Prize and the Runner Up Prize. Once all the tickets have been bought, the I will use the random number generater in the forums to, well, generate a random number! The winner will get the Grand Prize and a second random number will be generated to determine the Runner Up Prize.
Grand Prize Winner - 400g
Runner Up Winner - 100g

Each contest will have a Grand Prize, and if the owner chooses, a Runner Up Prize as well. Here is how the game is played:
The snazzy gaian's dressed to their best will enter in paying the fee (50g) , which will be used for the Grand Prize or the Runner Up Prize. Once you submit your avatar YOU MAY NOT CHANGE IT! So no taker-backers. Once all of the positions have been filled (10 avatars max) voting will begin. Once a user gets the certrain amount of votes that I set, the contest will be over and they will win the Grand Prize. The person that got the 2nd highest votes will win the Runner Up Prize. If there is a tie for first, assign numbers to the avatars and use the random number generater to determine the 1st and 2nd place winners. If there is a tie for second, assign numbers to the avatars and use the random number generator to determine the 2nd place winner.

Keno Rules:
Each contest will have a Grand Prize, and if the owner chooses, a Runner Up Prize as well. Here is how the game is played:
Players will buy a ticket (50g each) and pick 5 numbers of their choice from 1 - 80. When all of the slots are filled up the Keno will start and based on how many numbers you match will determine the prize that you win. Here's a chart that will explain it better:
Winnings:
1 Match - 20g
2 Match - 40g
3 Match - 60g
4 Match - 80g
5 Match - 100g
Whatever is left over from the winnings will be donated to the guild fund.
