I kept the other Snake mask on the whole time so it would feel right.
It's just too bad there weren't any guards to sneak around. That's half the reason I wanted to go back there.

Wow, so many emotional moments in MGS.
MGS1, when Sniper Wolf died and if you get the Otacon ending, and let Meryl die, that gets pretty sad too.
MGS2, when Emma dies, of course and the parrot start saying 'Hal... I miss you.' Damn parrot!
MGS3, the ending. It was so epic at the same time.
MGS4, too much to list.

dont think im weird but i acctullally felt the way big boss did at the end i felt sad and i wasent sure way

I have to say Mgs2 when Raiden found Rose was a simulation and so was colonel. Mgs1 when sniper wolf died and otacon was like NOOOOOOO! Mgs4 when big boss died with the cigar that was emotional

I have a lot to list, but I'm just going to flat out say in MGS4 when Eva dies, or when Snake looked like he was going to commit suicide. Or maybe even when Naomi dies and Otacon is left alone again. All of the games are very touching, but MGS4 was more tragic than the rest.
