NEW LIEUTENANT: Cali Kugutsu
NEW 3RD SEAT: Tenrai
REMOVED FROM SQUAD: Calx Cruento
THIS MEANS...
Cali, you were already able to get Bankai, but now, Tenrai, so can you!

Just a little piece- Calx is no longer active as far as I can see. He is also and Espada, thus is no longer in you seatings.
