Organized Guild events. This could mean a big planned ZOMG party, or maybe just a half an hour puzzle event or whatever. Actually just came up for an idea on a puzzle tournament in which there would be serveral lobbies with judges. Basically it'd be a single elimination style and the winner (an maybe runner-up) move onto the next round, etc. OR how about competitions of sorts. Just throwin ideas out there.
