Well it is coming to us soon, yes in 49 days and counting the Libertine will open in the US and Canada.
It is being hailed as THE most controversial movie of the year!!!

I think I might see it, I may be a little worried cuz of its ratings and what i've heard about it but im curious to see Johnny in this role. and that wig. lol rofl

rolleyes For one week the movie will be relesed in LA and NY unrated which means I can be albe to view it. It came out here the day after thanksgiving. The reason I couldn't see it then was because I was at my firends house. But we plan to go before this friday. The thing is I fear, I've read reviews and they gave it one and a haft star. But the idea of Johnny being in a bad movie... I can't think of it!

Does anyone know when it is release nationwide in the U.S.?
I've heard things from xmas or sometime in January??? And its weird cuz i got on to imdb.com and it said this movie is from 2004, what took so long?
*watches trailer* "ladies, i have an announcement" thank goodness im 18, it is rated R right.....i've heard that this film is kinda well.....you know......contraversial amongst other things.

Goofy_Goober87 Does anyone know when it is release nationwide in the U.S.? I've heard things from xmas or sometime in January??? gonk Today is/was the last day The libertine is showing here and I didn't go! Now I have to wait for it to come out nation wide and I'm only 15! DAMN IT! The last two shows for this month are for 7:15 (right now) and at 10 crying
