Has anyone seen it? I've heard it's pretty bad, but c'mon, giant fighting robots? How bad can it be?

I haven't seen it yet either. I actually liked the last one they did, but I heard the sequal was so inferior to it's predecessor that I didn't bother with it. And why is Mega-tron back? Didn't we see his spark get destroyed in the last film?
