What is your favirote character from any of the king books? Mine is Stephen King, okay just kidding, but he was in his books, actually mine is Oy, because Oy is the coolest ever, if you can really consider him a character, but I do. I even made a website. eek Yes, I have no life!!!

One of the most well crafted, and personal favorites of mine, is Henry Leyden from Black House.

It'd be easier for me to give you a favorite from each book, but a few of my favorites are Roland and Jake from the DT series, Henry and Jack from Black House, and Rose from Rose Madder. It's really too hard to pick one because King has written so many great characters.

I like Rose, the girl off of Rose Madder. She is so into perspective and so human that it makes sense for her to go through this pain, not like some of the other characters he's made.

Like Bouncing Souls, it would be easier for me to name a favorite character from each book, but I'll just name the ones I truly love. Peter McVries and Stebbins from The Long Walk, Mark Petrie from 'Salem's Lot, David Carver from Desperation. I know I have other favorites, but I just can't think of them right now.

My personal favorite is Ted Brautigan. Although the movie didn't do the book ANY justice, I can't help but picture Anthony Hopkins as him. He fits right in, talking with the ka-tet at the end of DT. He's such a good father figure, as well as intelligent and powerful all at the same time. I really like him as a character.
