Hi, I'm Annie this is my first guide it is about how to make money by playing cards. Credit goes to [Hollow Point] for the picture How To BeginBeginning to play card is easy, you need only one thing to start. Tokens can be purchased at the casino in The Isle De Gambino, there they can be purchased for 1 gold each, 1000 tokens=1000 gaia gold. There is a way you can buy tokens cheaper than 1 gold each, go the the Game Item Exchange create a thread offering to buy tokens at .75g each, it isnt much lower than the 1 gold but it saves you a lot of money, where 1k tokens would normally cost 1k gaia gold they will now only cost you 750 gaia gold. You should be able to get plenty of offers within a few minutes of bumping your thread. Now open up Gaia Cards pick a room and start playing. The room isnt as important but it can get boring just playing and not talking to anyone so try to find a room that has 3 or more people in it and strike up a conversation while playing.

The NPC's
The NPC's are as follows: Russel Ace- Russel is the first NPC that you go up against, he is the easiest of the three, and is rather arrogant about his "powers" his cheat move is called "Pocket Ace" Jinx- She is slightly harder than Ace is, and she is just as arrogant when it comes to her "powers" her cheat move is called "Fresh Start" Cardbot- The Cardbot is the final NPC that you battle, he is by far the hardest of them all, he uses both "Fresh Start" and "Pocket Ace"
The Cheats
The Cheats are: Pocket Ace- Used by both Russel Ace, and the Cardbot, Pocket Ace allows the user to automatically get an Ace card from the deck, usually used when the NPC has 10. Fresh Start- Used by both Jinx and the Cardbot, Fresh Start allows the user to get a whole new deal.
Your Cheat- You also get a cheat, your cheat allows you to see what card your opponent has, don't just use the cheat whenever, use the cheat when your opponent has a 10 (king, queen, or jack), or an Ace.

The CommandsThe commands go like this: Play Token- Click it to put some of your Tokens into play, I always use three tokens to play up until I get to about 30 tokens then I star playing in twos, and at 10 I play in ones. It is all personal preference for how many to play, but you will get more tickets quicker if you play three tokens.Play Winnings- I usually dont touch this button, but if you do use it only use it when you are completely out of tokens, and only use one at a time, that way it isn't a major cut into your winnings.Hit- Use this button to ask for another card.Double Down- This button doubles your bet and gives you one more card. Don't trust it blindly, chances are you will either get too low or you will get too high.Stand- This button is used when you hit the right number on your cards and you want to keep your bet there.Reset Game- Use this button to go back to the beginning NPC, using this button DOES NOT affect your winnings, or tickets in any way.

How To Play
The reason we play cards is because it is a more reliable way to make money than if you were playing slots. Because you can always ask for another card it allows you to more easily turn the game to your favor.
To get started make your bet, I usually use three tokens as I mentioned earlier, but it is personal preference. Once you make your bet hit the deal button, I usually always hit if it is 16 or below and I always stand if it is 17 and above. If you and the NPC get the same number from your cards you get what is called a "Push," what is a push?
A Push is when you and your opponent happen to get the same amount from your cards, it will take both your bets and stack them into a pile on the table, the next hand will determine who gets both the stack and the next bet. Pushes are your friend don't get frustrated if you keep getting pushes, pushes are your friend, if you get 4 pushes in a row and then win the next hand you not only get a huge amount of winnings but it also takes a large chunk from the NPC's hit points.
The next thing you need to know is about the Double Down button. The Double Down button doubles your bet and gives you a card. You will often hear other players talk about how great the button is and if you hit it at an 11 it's an automatic 21. DON’T TRUST THE PUSH. Don’t make the mistake of trusting the Double Down, it is just as likely that you will come up too low or too high as it is that you will get 21.
This my own personal preference but I NEVER go up against the cardbot, I beat Ace and Jinx then I reset, I do this because they are quick and easy to beat while the cardbot is hard and takes a while to beat.

Some of this is personal preference though: -I ONLY Double Down if I get 11. Almost most of the time I get a blackjack.
-If you have a large number of tokens (200 or more) use 3 tokens at a time, once you start getting to about 10-30 (personal preference) start using 1 token.
-If you get close to beating the first (and the second, although she's a little tougher) dealer, but you run out of tokens, look how many winnings you have, and pick the highest multiple of 5 within those and just use one at a time until they lose enough to surrender, until you reach the number you determined previously. {I usually win at least one out of 3 times.} This way, you won't lose much if you have horrible luck, but if you have great luck, you get 25 (for the first, I don't remember how much the girl gives you) tickets extra.
-14 & below: Hit -15 & 16: Hesitate, perhaps use your cheat. If you can't use your cheat, look at their revealed card: If it's a 10 or face card: Hit. Chances are they have higher than you. If it's 7-9: This is really your choice, but personally, I hit if I have 15, stand if I have 16 If it's 6 or below: Stand. -17 & above: Stand.
Those are the rules I generally follow, although sometimes I'll go against them when my gut tells me to do different. 3nodding
Also: DO NOT exchange your winnings until you're done.
I'm not sure if that trick is mentioned anywhere else, but it has worked for me many times. 3nodding

Now after you get around 6,000 tickets go to Prize and Joy and buy The Mole. Now that you have that, sell it in the MarketPlace for just a little higher than the lowest price. And there you have your easy little 12k-17k gold for ya. Good luck! Gold Mountain Red Vest and ShirtIf you're willing to give up a little more of your time, try playing enough to get the wonderful, super awesome, sexyyyy Gold Mountain Red Vest and Shirt! It costs 10,000 tickets, but it pays off with a wonderful 20,000g to 40,000g!

Ahahah, you're welcome.
I'm just helping people out of experience.
You should be rich after selling quite a few of those Moles!
Or maybe you can sell something more expensive.
Those help too!
Expensive ticket prizes are expensive gold items!
Ya know, I put up this thread out of boredom.
I wasn't really expecting to people to actually READ it all.
Seriously, who reads the whole thing?
Especially if they know how to play?
Maybe more threads later though.
I'm tired. sweatdrop
heart Love, Annie
