Music is a HUGE part of my life. I often find I play music no matter WHAT I'm doing, and I can relate it back to anything and everything I do. ((That's why Madison has her own full soundtrack. XD))
So what are some of your favorite bands/singers?
Why do you like them?
What's your favorite musical genre?
Do you go to/want to go to concerts/gigs?
Do you perform in any way? Or know anyone who does?

To answer my own questions...
I have way too many favorite bands to list them all, but here are some:
HIM, MCR, Muse, Placebo, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Seether, Avenged Sevenfold, Buckcherry, Nightwish, Lacuna Coil, Evanescence, Within Temptation, Jack Off Jill, The Dresden Dolls, Kamelot, Dream Theater, AFI, The Rasmus, Apocalyptica, Paramore, Hinder, Nickelback, Rise Against, The Beatles, The Doors...
Yeah. I have a lot of favorite bands. I've seen many of them in concert too.
I love rock music. While I think that all genres of music can portray feelings and thoughts, some just do it better than others. Rock is just something I'm very passionate about, and always have been. I guess I get that from my family.
I've been to tons of concerts, but some of the best have been:
Green Day (with opener My Chemical Romance)
HIM (opener Aiden)
My Chemical Romance (opener Rise Against)
Seether, Three Days Grace, and Breaking Benjamin
My most recent show was Avenged Sevenfold, Buckcheery, Rev Theory, and Papa Roach. That was fun too. But maybe a bit too long for my liking.
Another part of that passion is performing. I was in quite a few musicals and stuff throughout high school and college, but my favorite kind of performing always has been and always will be just getting out there and singing. My little brother has been in a number of different bands over the years as he grew up, and from time to time he has me come "guest sing" at their gigs. There's no feeling in the world like it. ^_^

See above post and add The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, Modest Mouse, The Ting Tings, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Michael Jackson, Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails, Seether, Staind , All American Rejects, David Bowie, The Raconteurs, and any instrumental music that appeals to me, including movie and musical soundtracks.

Blasphemy!
So I was looking for some neat Beatles wallpapers because I realized that even though I've had my laptop since, oh, I think April, give or take, that I hadn't yet put any of my Beatles pictures on it. Since my old laptop is basically dead I just looked for knew. Then I saw this grouped in with the Beatles image search:
