Okay! I have two questions!

First, how do you define sentience? Please no dictionary definitions, unless you add your own opinion/view to it.

Second, do you think animals are sentient? Are people always wrong when they try to define what "emotion" they perceive in an animal? Is giving animals anthropomorphic tendencies always a falsehood?
