Plot
In the typical fashion of curious young people, a group of students from a particularly prestigious school have found themselves in a strange building, remembering nothing of how they got there. The rooms are all large and empty, showing nothing of interest. The ceilings are high and the rooms are all stark white, everywhere. Obviously, the students are quite confused. This role-play will follow their 'transformation' into heroes in the classic dehumanized-students line.

A buzzing filled the dark, empty space. The warmth Yselle felt was fading and she was suddenly feeling very cold. Cold and wet. She hesitantly opened her eyes and saw that she was floating aimlessly, lost at sea. Her shock caused her limbs to lock up and she suddenly stopped keeping herself afloat, quickly sinking.
Down... down... down.
The sea swallowed her whole, squeezing her and crushing her. In one short moment, she felt her life fading. Was this it? No white light? No... anything? Despite the water surrounding her, Yselle managed to scream, filling her lungs and making her dizzy as she used the last of her strength on futile effort.
That scream continued as she sat up in a chilling sweat. Green eyes wide and crazed, she hastily examined her surroundings. This was not her home, not her bed. She was scared, cold and alone in a place she did not recognize.
Please let this be another dream...

Ruben could feel nothing. He was numb, staring up at a white ceiling but not really seeing it. What was this place? Empty and hollow, his quick wit immediately supplied. But where... Where was another question completely.
Hazel eyes fluttered shut for a quick second, but it felt like a year for his frozen perceptions. It was amazing that he was breathing or functioning at all, with the way he felt. Or perhaps 'didn't feel' was more accurate. It was as if he were bodiless... just there, not alive and unable to truly perceive. Was he? Out of habit, his left hand twitched, responding to an old synapse that fired whenever Ruben was annoyed by something.
Hope was lost, not even a toe responded to his desperate commands. He might as well have been a statue... a blinking, breathing, twitching statue.

Despite how uncomfortable the floor was, Emma had trouble moving from her curled up state. Her body felt stiff, yet wired with energy. The back of her neck was abuzz with a tingling sensation so strong, she swore there was something beneath her skin.
The brunette gave a quick shiver, pulling her arms further into the sleeves of her thick sweater. It felt like winter in here... wherever 'here' was. Winter, but on the brink of a terrible storm. The tension in the air had all of the tangibility of the floor she was sprawled on, or the thick glass walls that - no doubt- would stop any attempts to escape.
Maybe this was what happened to those that didn't play by the rules?
