During the night, under the glow of a full moon, a white cloaked figure was making their way through the woods. Their face was hidden in the shadow of their hood. Only visible was the long white bo, with carvings of a bird up and down it, being used as a walking stick. Through the stillnes of the night, the harmony of owls hooting and moon fairies around younder humming about. The figure came upon a stream, that seem to shine with diamonds from the stars reflections above. They knelt down, pulling out a water jug and dipped it into the stream. After filling up the jug, the figure laid it aside and cupped water into their hands and brought it up to their lips. After satisfying their thrust, the figure grabbed the water jug and put it back under their cloak. Their breathe was seen from the coolness of the night as it appeared they were looking around for something. They looked up agaisnt a ridged cliff to see a cave that hidden with trees all around. The figure began their climb up the ridge, careful not to step on any loose edges or would surely fall to their doom. After 15 mins of climbing the figure reached the cave. Ahead was nothing but pitch black. Stomping their bo on the ground of the cave and suddenly it began to glow brighty. Inside a few pine trees have seemed to grow around the walls of the cave. It seem to go on further but the figure seemed to have seen enough. Setting their bo against the cave wall, they began gathering bits of dried wood. Few mins later a small fire was flickering. They were busy gathering pine branches and making into what seemed to be some sort of bed. The figure spent a few more mins messing around with the entrance of the cave before finally laying down on the soft pile of pine, falling asleep next to the fire.

Sam slowly walks down an alley-way, she had heard a rummor that the men she was looking for where in this village. She could barely see in front of her because it was so dark, she walked a few more feet before tripping over an object on the ground. "Shoot!" Sam yelled, she looked around to make sure no one was comming to investigate the noise. Sam slowly reached down to see what the thing she tripped over was, but she couldnt find it. She left the alley after five more minutes and found somewhere to hide for the night

Sapphire walked slowly around a small village where she crept low and listened to the sounds around her. Sadly it was deserted in every direction. Her feet patted the as she walked. Her coat shinned in the moonlight, eyes looking off into the distance of the town. Hiding under a small cart out side of a store she sat looking out. Before she fell asleep.

Sam woke up the next morning and headed back to her clan, hoping she wasnt missed too much by her followers. All the way back she wondered what the thing was she tripped on the night befoer, and if she would ever find the men she was looking for.

Morning is an event heralded by all of nature: a rising sun, singing birds, dew on leaves, and so much more. For (E)Vangelus Seth, morning was a blighted thing, full of loud noise, smells and its accursed light. Light and its effects, however, were not a problem for him. Thanks to very well boarded windows in his chambers, a chance of interaction was slim to none. Rising, his body emitting various sickening creaks, cracks and pops as he crossed the room to his wardrobe and grabbing a robe, (E)Vangelus cracks his jaw, which moves with a muffled crunching noise. He loathed mornings, if only because they kept causing him to wake, if nothing else. Worse still, he had nothing to do, making his current 'insomnia' very irritating indeed. However, ever the pragmatist, (E)Vangelus was sure he could make something as he exited his rooms and headed deeper into the fortress of Vlad in search of something or someone to entertain him.
Surprisingly, he didn't have to travel very far. Several minutes after setting out on his quest, he encountered someone. This vampire, who's name was Dieter, was not (E)Vangelus' favorite person to talk too, but ant port in a storm, and this one was rough. "Morning," (E)Vangelus states with a smile. "What's keeping you up, it's not those blighted birds, is it? I think I should just do something about them, settle the whole thing myself." He paused, waiting for a reply, which took a while to arrive. Dieter grunted. "I envy your ability to be so carefree, I have too much on my mind at the moment..." "Oh, and what's weighing on your mind so much then? "Well," Dieter coughed. "Someone said I wasn't a very noble vampire due to what I do, and I'm wondering if that's true. "Well, that depends, I suppose. What is it that you do?" "I kill people for money." "...I see. That really isn't very noble, is it?" "The ladies seem to call it noble." "Oh, well, then carry on, I say." (E)Vangelus nods agreeably. "I plan to," Dieter replies with a sniff and walks away. "What an incredibly stupid creature," (E)Vangelus states to himself as he walks away in the other direction, shaking his head.

Morning arose through sunlight beaming in through the cave. The sleeping girl stirred around for a little bit, before waking up. Stretching and scratching her head before getting up. She gathered her cloath, bo, and water patchel. She set out of the cave, climbing down the long path. It was exhausting but it was a safe place to stay. This world, she found, seem to be crawling with very dangerous creatures. After a walking for about an hour a village appeared before her. As she entered she tried to ignore all the gawlking faces staring at her. People from this area didnt seem too fond of strangers in their villages. Some thought it was a bad omen. She found a tavern and walked inside. As people stared at her, she quietly walked over to a table in the corner and sat down, with her hood still covering her face. A couple of men over yonder started whispering and snickering to each other. An older woman walked up to the girl. "And what can i get you miss," she asked. "Some water and some of your finest meat," the girl answered. The woman nodded and walked off.

As she arrived back to the dwelling she and her clan lived in she was greated by one of her friend Jess "Where have you been!" "What no hug after my journey?" Sam asked as Jess wrapped her arms around her. "We started to think you abandoned us! Well the rest of them did, I knew you would come back..." Sam watched as Jess ran away, probably to tell the rest of the clan of her return. "Shes as loyal as a St. Bernard" Sam rolled her eyes and walked to her quarters.

Hunger. Raw, naked and oh so painful. 'Click,' went the teeth of (E)Vangelus, a statement of his urge to feed. He needed something to keep his mind off of how hungry he was. Perhaps a change of scene would do him some good. He paused. That would be a problem, what with outside being full of sunlight at the moment, and he had walked through the entire fortress some time ago. Rubbing his chin, an idea struck him. It would take up more of his energy, but it didn't really matter, he was going to go out and feed this evening anyway. First, he checked his feet. They were bare, which was good, because he was sick of ruining shoes. Under the skin on the tops of his feet, flesh contorted as little nubs of bone burst through skin and muscle, extending out as muscles attached themselves to the new bones as they grew. It was a disturbing sight, as soon as the muscles finished attaching by freshly formed tendons, the new 'toes' began to flex, clacking on the stone as they moved, leaving slight groves in the ground as they raked across the stone. Moving towards the wall, (E)Vangelus raised his left leg, planting his foot firmly on wall, all of his toes, natural and non gripping tightly. Then, which less effort, he raised his right leg in the same manner and began to climb up the wall. Each step caused his body to make little cracks and pops, but as he moved, his pace increased and the noises of his body began to quiet before disappearing as it adjusted itself to its new uses. "Better," he notes before stepping onto the ceiling and continuing on his little ramble.

Juliet’s razor sharp teeth sunk into the soft pink flesh of the man’s neck. A cry pierced through the air before suddenly stopping, the quiet overtaking the darkly lit alley way once again. Juliet’s violet eyes glistened with pleasure in the dim light of the alley way. Her long fingers loosened their grip on the mans shirt, a wicked smile spread across Juliet’s face as she watched him crumple to the floor. “Mmmm” her tongue flashed across her smooth pink lips, licking off the last droplets of the crimson colored liquid.

The sun was starting to set in the west. Juliet pulled the cloak tighter around her small frame and continued her arduous journey towards her destination: a tall castle in the distance. She could smell the scent of her kind all over this territory. Whether or not she would be welcomed into this place was a different story. Still, Juliet’s curious nature drove her forward, towards the ominous dark gates. Dusk was setting in by the time she reached the large black gates. She peered up at them, letting the hood of her cloak fall back, her dark hair spilling over her shoulders. “Now, should I wait…or should I let myself in?” She peered around for a minute while making up her mind. “I’ve always hated waiting…” with one swift motion Juliet jumped, grabbing hold of a place in the wall where the brick had fallen. It didn’t take her long to scale the wall, and hop down onto the grounds of the Castle.

Night, finally, descended. For (E)Vangelus Seth, it was not soon enough. As soon as the sun disappeared over the horizon, and darkness filled the world, the fortress of Lord Vlad began to come to life. Shutters opened, lights flickered as candles were lit, and vampires began their nightly prowl for blood. Above the castle, outlined by the feeble last moments of day, the flitting shapes of those vampires that could fly occasionally dot the sky. Others, bound to the earth, exited through the underground catacombs below the fortress, emerging from hidden entrances in their search for food. Lastly, the last, dull, few exited through the main fortress door. (E)Vangelus did none of these things. From his vantage point on a tower wall, he observed all of this. He was hungry but feeling lazy, and decided he would satisfy himself with whatever or whoever the others brought back, which they always did. Shifting his footing, he notes how nice the stone felt, it was smooth, cool and not at all uncomfortable, which he had not expected when he had first stepped onto it. Deciding that the best way to bide his time until food arrived was to walk some more, he turned himself towards the ground and began his decent.
On his way down, he passed several windows, but didn't look in, he wasn't in the mood to be irritating. Reaching the inner walls, he pauses about ten feet above the inner grounds and a surprisingly well kept garden. He wasn't sure who kept taking care of it, nor, at the moment, did he really care. Instead he closed his eyes and enjoyed the feeling of the wall he was standing on and the subtle fragrances of the garden. He remained in this way for about twenty minutes before growing bored and turning to the side and walking along the inner walls, rising up to walk on the arches when columned areas appeared. Everyone and a while he would pass others, who he greeted with a simple "Evening" before continuing on. He probably would be a frightening sight, this vampire walking on walls using bare, mutated feet. However, any awe dies immediately due to (E)Vangelus' clothes. It's very hard to look scary in pajamas and an indigo robe with the end hanging off to one side.
Still, no matter, he wasn't in the mood to startle or scare the others, he had a form much better suited for that. Passing one woman, he even turned to give her a smile and a nod as he passed her. She had brownish red hair, that was new, he hadn't seen someone like her before. He stopped.

After finishing her meal, the girl quickly left then inn with all the men staring and snickering at her. She knew she needed to leave the village fast. She passed the gates of the back end of the village, tho walking normally not hurriedly. Finally the village was just a small speck from her sight in the forest. She finally stopped. She sighed and bent down to pick up a rock. She looked for a minute at the bushes, before turning around and throwing it up in the branches of a tree. A loud cry came out as a man fall down from it and landed infront of her. It was one of the men from the village. "So you knew we were following you," said another men stepping out from another tree. Then a couple more men that she recognized from the inn stepped out, all grinning and gently rubbing their swords and knives. "We hear foreign women taste so exotic," laughed the one that spoke earlier, "We can sell all her clothes for high profit and keep her as our personal slave." The other men cheered and laughed. The girl didnt budge from where she was standing. She continued to stare straight ahead, before raising her staff. In the blink of an eye she was infront of the talking man, the end of her staff pushing his chin up. All the other men had their mouths dropped. "What are you all galking at, she only has a staff, get her!" The men snapped out of their trance and ran at the girl. In under a min, behind her were all the men, laying uncoinscous in a pile. She merley walked passed the only man standing and continued on her way.

She yawned as she stood up and streached. "Hmmm... I'm hungry..." Sam walked to the weaponry storage which was a cleft in the wall "Bow and arrow..." A voice said from behind as she picked up a case "Smart choice" She whipped around to see the familiar face of Axle, a.k.a the clans trouble maker and back-talker. He didnt belive Sam should have been made leader since he had been in the clan for years before she showed up. "Go climb a tree" She retorted as she walked twords the exit Axle following closely behind. "You know..." He whispered in her ear "It's not polite to talk to me that way!" He growled then leaped on her back, taking her by suprise.
