Even teachers feel the need to relax and chat after a long day's work, because hey, even teachers are humans. (Well, most of them are, anyways).
A comfortable, well-lit room, a warm fireplace flickering on one side, and a collection of all kinds of interesting magical instruments whizzing and puffing on the other (Including a sneakoscope, a foe glass, and a pensieve for all the teachers to use.)
Lots of pouffes, several sofas and chairs complete the cozy atmosphere.
- No students allowed unless they're brought there by a teacher.

Melody yawned as she entered the teacher's lounge, finding herself a rather comfy seat and plopped herself down, eyes closing as she summoned herself a pot of coffee with extra sugar and cream and then sat there drinking it. Mmm...coffee.
"Ah~~ even if it is only a brief break before I must start my next class these are still wonderful times" She said, enjoying the silence of the room.

Chelsea swooped into the room, she had to hide her irritation at it not being quite as empty as she had hoped. She walked over to the only cabinet in the room with a curt nod towards Melody, before pulling it open and extracting some rolls of parchment.

Alastar limped into the Teacher's Lounge and cracked his neck. "Ughh. Classes may be fun, but I'm getting old for this." He looked at Chelsea and said, "What's that?"

Frowning, Chelsea looked at Alastar, and then back at the parchment in her hands. "Documents," She replied. " I am going to be looking into some students' history of bad behaving, I'm going to put my foot down this time. Expulsion after two warnings. I always thought Professor Raven, the former headmistress, was too soft with the students.."
She looked at Melody and then back at Alastar. "I'll need you two and the other teachers to help me guard something, soon.. I'll let you know when it arrives and what enchantments I'll want from each of you.. "

Alastar pondered this for a moment. He crossed his arms and said, "Very well. I may be old, but I have tricks up my sleave that could make Nicholas Flamel's hair curl. Say the word and I'll help." He turned his head to the fire and thought, I just hope they still work.

Smiling one of her rare genuine smiles, Chelsea looked at him. "Thank you Alastar, I appreciate that," She told him quietly. Rummaging through the parchment scrolls in her hand, she picked out one and put the rest back.

Melody looked to her and nodded, standing up and setting down her cup and walked over.
"So whose records are you looking into chelsea?" She asked with a cool voice, knowing very well to stay on her good side. she waved and smiled charmingly to Alastar.
"Hello alastar."

Alastar nodded to Melody and said, "Hello." He then stared at the door. "Someone is coming." he said.
Erik walked into the Teachers Lounge, his axe at his side. "Hello, Alastar, Melody, and Chelsea." He walked over to the slowly dimming fire and took his axe off his belt. He slammed it into the ground and the fire roared with flame. He put his axe away and no mark was left, as if someone just put more wood on the fire. He massaged his beard and turned to the others. "Now. . . .I understand that that something will be happening at Hogwarts? I'll help as well. . . if need be. Oh, yes, Chelsea, I wont be here for the winter holidays. . . I promised our king that I'd work over-time this year down in the mines."
