(.4.) Excessive usage of bad language (or, for that matter, inappropriate use of it) can result in temporary graylisting. Also, bad temper and excessive anger can result similarly. Repeated offenses on either part can result in permanent blacklisting.

(.5.) You are allowed manipulate your certs and pets ONLY for signature space-saving. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. If your pet is found to be edited so that it looks like it has more items or special lineart or any related thing, as well as if it is found with the copyright info changed, you will be permanently blacklisted, and all your pets will be re-sold and re-certed.

(.6.) Don't stretch pages.

(.7.) No begging. Anywhere. Really? This isn't that hard. You, my dear Gaian, are not only lucky enough to have access to a computer, but you ALSO are lucky enough for it to have an internet connection! *pfft, begging... it's like telling the world you're a total n00b*

So, you want to be a part of the shop? Cool! Just know that all we will be paying you is art, and only colorists get the money from the flatsales. I wish it could be different, but if I had the funds, I assure you it would be. But I don't have the funds, so art it is. And, we don't want people joining just because they can, or just because they *might* get special privileges. Nuh-uh. We want dedicated colorists, rp managers, general staff--you name it. We also prefer communications through e-mail; however, should we truly be enamored with you, that requirement might be dropped in favor of PMs.

Still wanna join our motley crew? Kudos to you. Well, to make it official and all, you'll need to send in an application to the shop mule, All Things Winged. The application process is detailed below.




(.1.) Send a PM with the following form completed to All Things Winged. Title it "Staff Application".


(.2.) Wait for our reply! In the following messages, we'll get to know you more as well as give you examples and scenarios that test your abilities as whatever you're applying for. Don't fret if we tell you no. We are very choosy about our staff and prefer to know them for a while before any privileges are given. Hang out around the forums and shop thread for a while and then try again.
