Well you got to remember that they almost always punish the person who started the fight more sevierly. Just make sure that you do have to fight, then hit the guy after he hits you, not the other way around.

I go to a magnet school. Its number 5 on the top 10 high schools in the nation... If i fight, i get kicked out...
Some b*****d was messing with my bestfriends little sister, (touching her and talking to her in ways he shouldnt) So i threaten him and tell him to stop. He laughs at me, i stand up (on the bus) and put him in a...i think its called a bare neck choke... and i throw him into another seat, and i sit next to the girl. After that he didn't mess with me or her...
I HATE people like that... and i HATE having to do s**t like that. But i have too.

Good job, completely fair. You gave the little wanker what he disearved, even though he was probably over due for more than that.
Dont feel bad about it either, you should never feel guilty for doing the right thing.

Violence never resolves anything... For those who do martial arts, should understand that. But I guess maybe just for this moment it could have worked, hope you didn't get kicked out.

I hate fighting, i wouldn't of done that if he would have just been smart and moved -.-

Well, you made the right choice, Vein. Being able to react calmly in a heated situation is a big part of martial arts. I am proud of you. ^_^

Lol Theres always some guy that does s**t like that -.-
Every... freaking ... year...
Freshmen year: (before jiu-jitsu) Some guy shoved his forearm into a girls throat and pushed her up against a wall... So instinct took over and i put him in a full nelson, until a cop came and took him away.
Sophomore year: (before jiu-jitsu) Some guy pushed a black girl in front of an oncoming bus, but she got back to the sidewalk just in time, she then pushed him.
She said: "wtf was that for, you almost killed me?"
He said: "Shut the ******** up you worthless black b***h"
Then shoved her to the ground.
I got in between him, and threatened him, he laughed and got on his bus.
(this guy was BIG) So i called up a friend of mine and told him what happened, and he took care of things...
This year: (Some jiu-jitsu) What i described...
I knew it would happen, but i didn't know it would be the first day... D:
The world is ******** sick, I swear 90% of males are assholes....

I'm a bit far from high school to share my own stories about it, but several of my students are high school age. The first thing they learn when studying self-defense is that they must never go looking for a fight. Seems like this group here though has a reasonable good handle on things. Violence must always be a last resort, but when it is necessary (based on the stories presented here) you guys know where, when, and how. Good work.

Then girls got nothing. But you dont want to be dead inside... so.... they often can have leverage that guys dont. Guys only freak out to women because they want to have a girlfriend and if you tell all the girls he is an a** then he will be sad.
