And of course, the biggest news in the WoW world right now is the unveiling of the new expansion!
Cataclysm
If anyone has a release date, PLEASE let us know!! So far I haven't been able to find one!

I absolutely LOVE this! I love that different races can now be new classes. I love the addition of new playable races, and I LOVE the changes that will be made to the world!
My only concern though, is how will that change the regular game play? If all the world is altered, will people still be able to do the same quests they can do now? Will things remain the same, with just a few changes to scenery, or will the entire game itself change? Hmmm...

Many of the old quests will no longer exist... they are putting in a whole to gameplay experience with fresh quests and a completely different Azeroth.

To be honest, I'm not really sure how I feel about that...as much as part of me likes it, another part of me doesn't. Because I'm still relatively new to the game, and I can't help wondering how the experience would be completely different for someone who just starts, as opposed to someone who has been there forever.

It is almost like a completely new game.
/shrugs
I think I'll like it. NEW things to explore, flying in Azeroth, new races, new talents, certain things are getting taken out like Armor Pen. and Attack power being some of them.
And I have a friend who works at Blizzard, he says the release date seems likely to be near November 2010. =[ So far away. He said he'll let me know if anything changes.

Ooh yes. Diablo is a nice game, but I never really got into it like i did with WoW.
