I quitting gaia. Life ahead of me now to time consuming for me to keep up with gaia.

I want to hand ownership of this guild to someone but the only person who is a vice right now, doesnt want ownership.

Give details why and how you might run the guild. If you already own a guild that seems okay then it shows you know how to run one...
