Okay, I figured that customization of our Gyms should be a fun and rather benefitual learning experience. So I am going to make a whole thing for Customizing your Gym!++ NAMING YOUR GYM ++ Alright, now we are on the first part of this whole thing... Methods of naming your Gym. Gym Names follow themes that you want to embue into your Gym. Most are named after the place that they are dwelling in, but since all of us are in Gaia that we all cannot easily do this task. So we are to create our own personal Gym names. A good Gym Name describes your Pokemon well enough, or it generally describes your pokemon types. If we really wanted to be like them, then we would have to have all of us place a common theme behind naming our gyms. Of course, either way... We are free to be about as individualistic as we possibly can. Some good hints on Naming your Gym! 1. Language is not an issue, and naming your gym after english, japanese, latin, or other languages is a rather exotic means of creating a unique Gym. 2. Gym names can embody colors, flowers, book titles, or anything that you find interesting. They must primarily fulfill the task of saying what your Gym is and give a hint of who your are. Names show what kind of a person that you are, or how fierce you may be. 3. Be conscious of what name you choose, because it emulates who you are. 4. You can even name your Gym after your favorite Pokemon, or animal. Kind of newbie, but that is kind of an option. 5. For information on naming, Kanto Gyms have the theme of Colors, Johto has the theme of Flowers, Hoenn has the theme of double names, and Sinnoh is actually a little oddball since it doesn't keep a theme. 6. Have fun with naming your Gym, because it is supposed to be a fun experience!

++ Ideas on Gym Badges ++ Now, we are on everyone's favorite topic... Gym Badges! A gym Badge is what you are to give to those that beat your Gym. They have their own names outside of what our gym names are. A Gym Badge has the theme that they share a hint of what your Element is. Giovanni has the Earth Gym Badge, Clair has the Rising Badge, Juan/Wallace has the Rain Badge, and Volkner has the Beacon Badge. Their Gym Badges share similar themes with their pokemon types or just themselves. Your Gym Badge's name can follow a similar theme with your type or with an environment that they live in. Also, how they appear can vary with what you want to show. Crash Wake's Gym badge looks similar to a Lake with Reeds extending into the air, but it also looks similar to his mask. Byron's Gym Badge looks like three pickaxes that are in a circular position. What you want it to look like depends on what you want to show. ^_^ Have fun with your badge naming and creation.
Some good hints on Gym Badges! 1. Be creative on naming your badge... They are supposed to be something that people can flaunt and show off. Imagine giving out Failure badges or loser badges... Would anyone want those badges? 2. Appearances aren't everything, but remember that you are just making a badge. It should appear like something that could be put in a case or something. It shouldn't look like a freaking stone golem, or a large sword. 3. Short and sweet is key... Name with a short, one word title. It shouldn't be a long a** sentence.

++ Gym Titles ++ Ahhh... Now to the hardest thing for here. A Gym Title is what you are known as. They aren't something that you can make up either. It is a title that you are given for your abilities and characteristics. It is how others should see you as, and it is never negative. They bring out the qualities in you that can be summed up in a sentence. Generally, they can be short, or long. Winona has the Gym Title, "The Bird user taking flight into the world," while Fantina has "The Alluring, Soulful Dancer". Their themes point at their qualities, and some of them aren't even aiming at their necessary battle traits. Fantina's could point at her battle style, but it can also point to her habit of being in the Pokemon Contests. Winona's could symbolize that she is a Flying type user, but it can also point to her being an aviator or just habitual in flying on her Pokemon. Titles are hard to pull out, but they add that spice of individuality into Gyms. There aren't alot of hints for this, but primarily the Title is Gained from time and patience. So, don't worry over this, but when someone finds a good title for you... Then you know that is what you are meant to be called as.

++ So, you've lost, should you give stuff away? ++ This qualifies a rather touchy subject that is completely up to the one that is running the Gym. Most people prefer to give things away when they were beaten flawlessly and without managing to kill one pokemon of the Trainer's team. In the end, I believe that it is only up to you. Ideas of what to give are easy though, because it is natural to wanna give a gift for victory.1. Mainly, don't give too much or too little. The best ideas of what to give are usually Eggs or freshly hatched pokemon with unique abilities. Legendaries and shinies are a little overboard, but Bidoofs are kind of sad to give to a worthy opponent. Give what you can freely give, but make it special. 2. Gaia Gold shouldn't be an option unless you feel that the deserved it. Pokemon Gym Battles shouldn't drain from your Gaia account. 3. A reward is a reward... If you set it up and they win it, then you are obligated to give what they won. Of course, you can change it afterwords, but that is beside the point.

Announcements: If done correctly, the post should look something like this: Quote: Gym Theme: Moonlight Wandering Battle Theme: Those Who Accept The Protection of The Stars
Shrouded by the deep forests, in a place where one could easily lose their way, lies the corroded remains of a great castle. The shadows cast by the moon's glow seem to dance of their own will as the wind blows through the ruins, waving the ancient flags and banners from a time long past. As the rusted gates are passed, a quiet whisper seems to eminate from the winds: "Twilight Castle..."
Announcements: If you have any questions, be sure to PM me. I'll post the next section for the Gyms soon!

Qualifications
(requirements for a challenge and why)
Battle Format
(See example) Voice Chat Optional No Disconnecting (else automatic forfeit)
Battle Clauses Uber Clause: The following Pokemon are deemed to be unbalancingly powerful and are not allowed to be used: Arceus, Darkrai, Deoxys, Deoxys-A, Deoxys-D, Dialga, Giratina, Groudon, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Latias, Latios, Lugia, Manaphy, Mew, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Wobbuffet and Wynaut. I thought this had to go without saying but Shaymin is also banned.
Self KO Clause: Players cannot use moves such as Explosion or Selfdestruct that force a tie. If a move that has recoil damage causes a tie, the user of the move is the winner.
Sleep Clause: A player cannot put two or more different opposing Pokemon to sleep using attacks that induce sleep to opposing Pokemon.
Evasion Clause: A player cannot increase their Pokemon's evasion stat with a move that specifically increases evasion.
Species Clause: A player cannot have two of the same Pokemon on their team. For example, a player cannot have two Koffings on his or her team. This clause of course does not effect the use of multiple Eeveelutions or any other pokes with optional evolutions.
OHKO Clause: Players cannot use moves that have a chance of instantly KO opposing Pokemon. For example, Horn Drill is an illegal move to have on a Pokemon's move set.
One Legendary Rule: Only one legendary Pokemon may be used per team, per battle.
Item Clause v2.0: Each Pokemon on a single team must be holding a different item from one another. However, I am allowing an exception of a max of 2 Leftovers and/or like items (ex: 2 Leftovers, or 1 Leftovers and 1 Black Sludge or 2 Black Sludge, etc).
Luck "Hax" Item Clause: In online competitive play, the term "Hax" refers to when something unlucky occurs to you. Most of the time this is that 30% chance to freeze from a Ice beam, or something of that nature and it's just the way the game goes. Although, when it comes to hold items that have small chance of completely turning the game around just out of sheer chance, it's deemed rather frustrating and very similar to the OHKO Clause. For this reason, when this clause is in effect, that means the following items are banned from use: Brightpowder, Quick Claw, Focus Band, Razor Fang and King's Rock.
Other Rules If done Correctly, it should look like this: Quote: Break any of these rules and you will regret it.
Anyone so skilled as to rekindle the light in their heart and best me in a glorious struggle shall be awarded this: the Vatonage Badge!
Qualifications
2 Trainers' Acadamy Wi-Fi League Badges: Why? Because I will not fight an unworthy, unarmed, or unready opponent. No badges, no challenge.
Battle Format
6v6 Level 100 Double Voice Chat Optional No Disconnecting (else automatic forfeit)
Other Rules The Price of Freedom: Any Trainer that fails to rekindle the light in their hearts and defeat me must pay me 10,000 gold for making me waste my energy.
2 Battle Per Week, Per Challenger, Per Lost Badge: The last thing I need is to constantly be stalked by sore losers with rematch requests back-to-back. I will only allow you to challenge me twice per seven days.
