It didn't go over well... but if anyone would still like to submit such things, you're all welcome to do so. xD;
Ignoring the other announcement about monthly contest (for now), I would like to hold this contest.
[!] This contest is available to enter on Deviantart! This is where the idea originated, and I would like to extend an informational hand to my members about this creative contest.
RULES are the same as the rules on Deviantart, but I will add these:
[>] Written works are accepted. Concept art must be conjoined with this type of entry, however, and it has to be coherent. It can be sketchy.
[>] Written works without concept art are accepted, but will not be eligible for a higher place than third.
ENTRIES
[>] Must be posted in the CONTESTS FORUM here. They will be moved back to the art forum after the contest.
[>] Must include [9] in the title.
[>] Can be any medium, but must be submitted digitally.
DEADLINE for entries is September 19th 2009 at 12am EST. That means you CANNOT submit on the 19th. All entries must be submitted before the 19th.
PRIZES are yet to be determined. This will be updated more accurately when I gather my resources.

Contests! Yay! XD *gets shot for not being active* Ryu,can you explain the contest a bit more?Like what we would be supposed to draw? :3 I'm a bit confused.

 If you could create a creature that could be used in the movie 9 that recently came out. :3 it would be constructed mainly of articles found "around." Bike tires, saws, scissors, hoses, windshield wipers, etc.

I actually haven't gone out to see 9 either. All my plans to see it with family have failed, and I eventually gave up trying anymore. =______=

Awe. Sadness.
I guess 9 will just have to go on my long list of movies I need to watch in the future... And there are a lot of movies that have recently/ or are about to be released that I want to watch as well.
