Navel was a new pick up for the Shing Shy Fo. He was a special South Korean admiral for the Navy forces of SK, but since SSF, he decided he would join.
Navel walked patiently to Samantha. "Ma'am General, I have put together fully, my naval forces. All of my crew are in the battleships. We have 15 Battleships, 20 Carriers armed with Seaplanes, some special Tank carriers to carry tanks and people, and 60 Submarines as well as a secret SK looking submarine that appears to be a raft. Give the word, and we'll blow the ol' scum out of the face of the Earth.
Naval walked a little back. "Unfortunately, we had to take a deep dip of your funds to make these ships....uh...700,000,000 dollars ....ma'am.

Asuka overheard what Navel said to Samantha and her eyes bugged out from shock. She walked over to Navel looking very annoyed.
"Hey, it's good and all that you bought that fleet of yours, but you had no prior authorization to do so!" she barked at him.
"Samantha," she said suddenly turning to the general. "Did you... give him authorization to buy all that stuff?" she said cautiously as she suddenly remembered that she really didn't know if Samantha had given the O.K. or not.
