I love using this with a mix spring greens, grilled chicken, and coarse chopped peanuts. Amazing dressing.

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup vegetable oil


In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar, salt and garlic.

Gradually whisk in the vegetable oil until blended.
