Character Biography
Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto is the number one loudest ninja of the Leaf Village. He is loud, hyperactive, clumsy, kind of stupid and he dreams of becoming hokage. Although Naruto definitely isn?t the smartest or most talented ninja of the Leaf Village, he does have one hell of a lot of chakra at his disposal.
Twelve years before Naruto graduated from the academy a powerful demon called Kyubi terrorized the Leaf Village. The Fourth Hokage barely managed to seal the Nine-Tails Demon Fox within a boy, Naruto, but unfortunately he didn't survive the battle himself. The Fourth wanted Naruto to be seen as a hero, a boy who saved the village from Nine-Tails. But unfortunately that wasn't meant to be. Many of the older villagers saw Naruto as the Nine-Tails himself, and hated and ignored him for it.
Because of this, Naruto desperately seeks for acknowledgement for his existence. He is a first-class prankster and he tells everyone he will someday become the hokage of his village. The first person to really acknowledge Naruto's existence is teacher Iruka. Ikura really looked after Naruto and taught him the values of life. If it wasn?t for him, Naruto probably wouldn't be where he is now.
In combat Naruto isn't exactly what you would call a genius. He is more the type who would charge in head on to his opponent, although from time to time Naruto does have his moments with some deceiving tactics he comes up with. But Naruto is not to be underestimated. He has a lot of chakra at his disposal, especially when he learns to tap in to Kyubi's chakra. This huge amount of chakra makes him able to go berserk (like he did against Haku) and summon GamaBunta.
Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke is one of the few survivors of the Uchiha Clan, one of the most powerful clans of the Leaf Village. He is the number one rookie genin and is considered a genius. Sasuke has a very mysterious and bloody past, and his only goal in life is revenge. Sasuke is a dark and serious kid. This makes him look cool to all of the girls in his class, but he doesn?t care about that. Sasuke only cares about revenge, and to do this he needs to become strong, very strong. The exact reason for his lust for vengeance is still unknown, but it does have something to do with his elder brother and parents.
Sasuke is teamed up with Naruto and Sakura. At first Sasuke wasn?t to happy about his little group, with Sakura having a huge crush on him and Naruto being the number one loudest ninja of the Leaf Village. But after some life and death battles they fought together Sasuke came to respect them. Especially Naruto, at first Sasuke thougt of Naruto as a loser, but then Naruto saved his life in the battle against Haku and Zabuza. Naruto defeated an enemy Susake himself couldn?t handle. His pride was hurt, but he started to respect Naruto and started seeing him as his rival rather then some useless loser.
Because Sasuke is a descendant of the Uchiha Clan he possesses its Advanced Bloodline. This gives him the ability to use Sharingan. With his Sharingan Sasuke is able to see through an opponent?s strategy and counter it. He is also able to copy moves with it and improve them, like he did with one of Lee?s TaiJutsu moves. If you ad up the fact that Sasuke was already a very talented ninja even before he could use his Sharingan, you have a very powerful ninja who improves really fast and has even greater potential.
Sakura Haruno
Sakura is on the same team as Naruto and Sasuke, so another one of Kakashi's students. Altough she's one of the main characters in the series, she plays a more supportive part in the beginning. When we see her, basically things get focused on her love for Sasuke. But as the storylines continues she adventually gets strongers too. She's a very smart student, and graduated from the academy with top grades. She has a perfect control over her Chakra, but lacks the will to become an excellent ninja. She has no unique skills, nor do we see her do any training in the series. But Kakashi do said that she has some skill in genjutsu. So if we would have to expect Sakura learning new skills, it'll probably be in that area.
She has quite a history with Ino too. Sakura is somebody who got picked on because of here wide forehead when she was little. Ino was one of her first friends, and said if she didn't hide her forehead so much, she wouldn't get picked on whole the time. She also said 'Sakura, you will bloom into a beautiful flower one day.'. From that day on, they became best friends.
But the day Sakura told Ino she was in love with Sasuke too, she also said to Ino that from that day on they couldn't be friends anymore. Now they're rivals who compete over Sasuke's attention and love. Now when Sakura meets Ino, it's more like 'Ah, Ino-Pig...'. But as the series continues, Sakura undergoes some changes. Her obsession on Sasuke will lessen, and her respect towords the "not-so-cool" group like Naruto and Lee will grow. But not only will she gain some some respect towards other people. She also gets a little envious, and remembers that she should also try her best, too.
Kakashi Hatake
Kakashi is the sensei of Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke. He is known as 'The Copy Ninja Sharingan Kakashi' all over the world, and it is rumored that he has memorized over 1000 jutsu.
At first glance you would never guess Kakashi is a very powerful jounin. He?s very relaxed and sometimes even somewhat slow. He also loves to read his romantic (or is it dirty?) book ?Come Come Paradise?. However, in this case, appearances can be deceiving. Kakashi is known throughout the world as a formidable adversary and he was an apprentice of the Fourth Hokage.
Kakashi is a very good but very strict teacher. Prior to Naruto?s team, he had never allowed any of the teams he was to teach become genins. He uses the same teaching methods the Third and Fourth Hokages used, and he emphasizes teamwork above all else. He feels that someone who does not understand teamwork is not worthy of becoming a ninja.
Kakashi has a sharingan in only one of his eyes. This is unusual because normally sharingan affects both eyes. The most likely explanation for this is that it was surgically implanted.
The sharingan gives Kakashi a huge advantage in battle. He is able to read and copy his opponents moves with it. Almost all of Kakashi?s moves are copied from other ninjas. The only exception is the Chidori. The Chidori is Kakashi?s sole original technique.
Neji Hyuuga
Hyuuga Neji is considered the strongest and most talented of all genin. He is a member of the Hyuga Clan and masters Hyuga Style TaiJutsu, the most powerfull Leaf Village TaiJutsu style.
Neji is a true genius and he knows it all to well. He is very confident (maybe even to confident) of himself and thinks he knows everything. Neji strongly believes that destiny is something one cannot control: it is given to you at birth and not even hard work can change it. Fully confident of himself, Neji is able to mentally destroy his less confident opponents just by talking to them.
On top of all this Neji really is an incredibly talented ninja. The combination of the Byakugan, Hyuuga Style TaiJutsu and the Opening Point Attacks is perfect, and the fact that Neji has already fully mastered those techniques makes him a genius among geniuses.
Tenten
TenTen is on the same team as Neji and Lee. She only plays a minor part in the Naruto series. All we really know of her is that she's a young specialist in throwing-weapons. And she works hard to become a really strong ninja like Tsunade, which she refers to as the legendary female ninja, her idol.
also seems to have some sort of feelings towards Neji. She admires him, helps him train, and deeply praises his skills.
Lee Rock
Rock Lee (a.k.a. thick eyebrows, as Naruto calls him) is a genin level ninja. Just like his row model Gai-sensei, he is a TaiJutsu specialist. Lee is incapable of using NinJutsu or even GenJutsu. But due to Lee?s great determination and extreme hard work, he was able to counter this great weakness by specializing in TaiJutsu.
In Lee?s schooldays everyone thought he would never be able to become a ninja, simply because he can?t use NinJutsu and GenJutsu. But Lee has great determination, and said to himself that he could be a very strong ninja that only uses TaiJutsu. That?s when he met Gai-sensei. Gai is also a ninja that only uses TaiJutsu. Gai-sensei became Lee?s teacher and row model, and he taught Lee everything he knows now.
Lee also has a crush on Sakura. At first Sakura didn?t want anything to do with him because he looks weird. But after saving her life and the fight with Gaara, she is starting to see what?s so special about him: his unstoppable determination. Lee?s training consists of physical training only. He always wears extremely heavy weights around his ankles. Lee only takes them off in life and death situations. When he does this he speed and strength increase dramatically. But Lee?s true power lies in the fact that he can open several of his body?s chakra Gates. After opening several of his Gates he can temporarily posses even more chakra then the Hokage, which makes him inhumanly fast. The downside of this technique is that it does severe damage to his body, that?s why Lee can only do it for a very short time. If he can?t finish his opponent before his body receives to much damage, he?s done for.
Gai Maito
Gai is a Konoha Village jounin and the sensei of the team whose members are Rock Lee, Tenten, and Hyuuga Neji. Like Lee, he is a specialist in hand-to-hand combat or taijutsu, but unlike Lee, he can use ninjutsu or genjutsu.
He and Kakashi are known as eternal rivals, gai is in the lead with 50 wins to 49 losses. Later it becomes known that this is just the score of a rock-paper-scissors game they played when they were kids. He is also a fantastic teacher since he really cares about his students and their feelings, especially Lee. Although he really cares about his students, he is very strict about his rules and those who break them will receive a punishment.
Gai and Lee are very close. Lee is Gai's favorite student because of his nindo, (way of the ninja), and because Lee looks like him in his younger days. Gai is also proud that Lee has mastered the renge, secondary renge, and the ura renge at such a young age. Gai especially appreciates Lee because he has the same eyebrows and the same nindo. He sees his childhood self in Lee.
Hinata Hyuuga
Hyuuga Hinata is part of the family branch of the Hyuuga clan, and is the daughter of Hyuuga Hiashi, Neji's uncle. She is very shy towards people and has a very low self esteem. She has a huge crush on Naruto in the anime and is pretty much always Secretly encouraging him through his trials when she witnesses him.
Hinata also seems to not really want to be a ninja at all but she goes along and is very obedient to people. She would seem better off doing home type of activities then fighting and in time the show may put her in a more of a 'house' wife position.
Kiba Inuzuka
Kiba is part of the Inuzuka clan which specialize in beast type of attacks and pairing up with other animals to successfully complete their missions. Kiba is a very strong character but at the same time still is a soft character who cares for his friends.
Kiba fights with his partner Akamaru the faithful dog who willingly abides by the commands Kiba sets forth for him, the 2 are a devastating duo who cause considerable amounts of damage to the enemies. When we first see them fight as 1 is when they are pit up against Naruto in the Pre-fights for the chuunin exam, their strength together was enough to cause considerable damage to Naruto, but their weakness is their heightened sense of smell, which enhances all smells 1000 times that of its original smell.
Personality wise Kiba seems to be very caring for his comrades and at the same time can be a jerk, this makes Kiba become more of a variable character of the series, not so much has really been released about Kiba thus far, though in time there will be a more in tuned and more integrated part of Kiba in the series.
Shino Aburame
Behind Sasuke and Naruto, Shino is the strongest of the Nine Leaf Rookies from Hidden Leaf, yet, oddly enough, remains quite stoic and impassive. He talks only unless he absolutely has to, and not because of lack of intelligence. Rather, he is quick to pinpoint advantage's and weakness's when he fights. Not quite on Nara Shikamaru's, but closer than the other rookies.
From birth, people of the Aburame clan make a pact with an insect known as Destruction Bugs. In exchange for a lifetime of chakra which the insect's use for food, the host in which the bugs live in can call upon their service whenever they need to. Shino is no different, and has thousands of the insects living inside him. Aburame Shino utilizes the insects by having them sneak attack his enemy, while he distracts them with simple taijutsu. He could also have a clone of himself performed when in danger, or use a female bug as a tracking device hunting down fleeing pursuers.
Shino's first documented fight against Zaku Abumi demonstrates Shino's cool demeanor and strength, as well as his ability to think ahead of his opponent. After the fight, many people, including Naruto and Hyuuga Neji were impressed, but still, much remains unknown about him.

Ino Yamanaka
Ino is a bossy, outspoken girl who has a major crush on Sasuke. Ino was also a big rival to Sakura at one time because both had eyes on Sasuke. Originally though, Ino and Sakura were good friends. As young academy students, Ino was one of the more popular students, and one day, she took Sakura under her wing and introduced her to some of the other students. The two remained friends until they both discovered that they were after the same guy. From that day on, they vowed to be rivals for whoever could win Sasuke over first.
After fighting each other at the Chuunin Exam, both resolved their differences to an extent, yet Ino still remains crazy for Sasuke. Currently she is one-third of the Ino-Shika-Chou team under the leadership of Sarutobi Asuma. Ino is quite outspoken as she's made fun of Chouji's weight and teased Shikamaru for not having a girlfriend. But, underneath the immaturity, Ino has shown herself to be rather compassionate when she?s chosen to be.
In battle, Ino mostly relies on basic fundamental ninja techniques, and she is generally at a lower level than most other genins. Her only real technique is the ninjutsu of her clan, the Shintenshin no jutsu. When Ino uses this technique she shoots her mind into the mind of her opponent and takes over their body. She is free to use the body to her liking, but the technique leaves her own body lifeless and vulnerable. Also, Ino runs the risk of missing the technique, which would still leave her body vulnerable for a period of time. Because of this, the Shintenshin no jutsu is often a double-edged sword.
Shikamaru Nara
According to Shikamaru nearly everything is troublesome. If it was up to him he would spend the entire day lazying around and playing games like chess, and he's really good at it too. His sensei Asuma believes that he will one day become a genius military leader.
Shikamaru is a really easy-going fellow. In school he got about the same grades as Naruto had, but this was simply because he was to lazy to even pick up his pencil. The truth is that Shikamaru is highly intelligent. He did an IQ test once, and the result was that his IQ was over 200 (which is exceptionally high).
Knowing this it is safe to say that Shikamaru?s most powerful weapon is his intelligence. He analysis every situation carefully, and always thinks ahead before doing anything rash. Combine this with a very cunning use of his best ability, the Shadow Copy, he is NOT to be underestimated.
Chouji Akimichi
The big-boned Chouji is a pupil of Asuma and a teammate of Shikamaru and Ino. Chouji spends most of his time eating, thinking about eating, and resting. He has pretty funny jutsu like the meat tank, where he triples his size and transforms himself into a huge spinning ball. And then uses his chakra to roll the ball in all directions.
He isn't really motivated to fight or do anything for that matter. The only way to get him to fight or help is to reward him with food. But when people call him chubby,fatty(...etc.) / mocking his weight he gets pissed off, and won't hold back. Since he's part of the Akimichi Clan who specializes in body enlargement jutsu he can also use the clan's food pills to increase his power tremendously, but putting a heavy strain on the body. Chouji is someone who is, but mustn't be under estimated.
Asuma Sarutobi

[Sarutobi] 3rd Hokage (Sandaime)
Also known as Sandaime, he is the third hokage of the hidden village Konoha. Sarutobi is 68 years old and this is his second time to be Hokage. He retired so the 4th would be able to become kage, but when the 4th died in his fight with kyuubi, Sarutobi once again became the Hokage. He was the instructor of the sannin, the most noted ninja team of their era, but eventually all three left Konoha and him later in their lives. He is the first known to have done the bell training that we see Team 7 doing. To most of the villagers he is a very warm and paternal figure that mainly protects and provides for the villagers in a very kind and gentle way. Through his wisdom and strength as a leader, Konoha continued to flourish while he was the Hokage. His reputation for knowing all the jutsus from the village of Konoha has earned him the name ?The Professor.?
Eventually at the Chuunin exam that Naruto participated in, Orochimaru made an alliance with the Sand village and they attacked Konoha and he engaged Sarutobi in a one on one battle. Orochimaru summoned the two previous hokages to fight Sarutobi and the outcome was that Sarutobi died in that fight but not before stilling the unholy summons and taking part of Orochimaru?s spirit and his ability to do jutsus. Once before Sarutobi tried to stop Orochimaru, but he at that time was unable to kill his former student who had been his prized pupil and once desired successor. So he like the 4th makes the ultimate sacrifice and forfeits his life to protect the village.
He has a grandson Konohamaru who wants to succeed him someday, and then possibly the Jounin Sarutobi Asuma is closely related to him as well.
4th Hokage (Yondaime)
The Fourth Hokage and also known as Konoha's "Yellow Flash" with his blonde, spikey hair. Yondaime is alluded to be the greatest ninja that Konoha has ever produced. Yondaime was a respected and popular Hokage and is also seen to have a gentle and wise spirit.
Yondaime was mentored by Jiraiya, one of the Legendary Sannin, along with the two teammates who have yet to be named. After becoming a Jounin, Yondaime became sensei for a team consisting of Kakashi, Obito, and Rin. Yondaime is feared by the opposition in battle and, during war time, ninjas are told to flee if they're ever misfortunate enough to meet the "Yellow Flash."
Not much else is known about him, other than the fact that he saved Konoha from the Nine-Tails Fox thirteen years ago. In order to do this, Yondaime was forced to sacrifice himself using the Demonic Soul Seal technique, and he then sealed the Kyubi's soul into Naruto. It is not known how Yondaime sealed the Kyubi in Naruto, and it is also unknown how Yondaime and Naruto are connected, whether it be family or otherwise.
Not much has been seen of Yondaime in battle. The one technique that was seen, the Body Flicker Technique, consists of placing a seal or marker onto an opponent. This allows Yondaime to instantaneously move from his spot to behind his opponent, literally in a "flash." Although no one has Yondaime use it, it is also known that it took him three years to develop and perfect the Rasengan. Through the battles that we have seen though, we gather that he is an immensely powerful as he approaches incredible odds and dispatches them to the amazement of his comrades. He strikes fear into his opponents with his speed.
His strength though is matched with his desire for the village and the people in it. When he is tutoring Kakashi?s team, he is gentle yet firm with them even when they disobey his orders. He attempts to reconcile differences and make peace within his team so that they will be able to act with unity and not divisiveness. And eventually he does make the ultimate sacrifice with for his village in using the technique that demands his own life. So he like his predecessor sacrifice their life for the protection of the village.
[Tsunade] 5th Hokage (Godaime)
Tsunade is the third and last part of the three Legendary Leaf Sennins, with Jiraiya and Orochimaru. Tsunade was also the first medical ninja to be put on the field.
At a young age, Tsunade had a dramatic death that made her to push for a medical unit to be implemented in the Konoha military; the death of her younger brother Nawaki, the day after she gave him the necklace which belonged to the 2nd Hokage. After the meeting which she laid out her idea, which was initially rejected, another Jounin pushed his support for the idea. Tsunade and the Jounin named Dan became very close, until Dan was killed by enemy ninjas. Since then, Tsunade has had a paralyzing fear of blood.
Tsunade's fighting techniques are few, as she is a medical specialist. But she has an obscene amount of strength, even at a young age, and "one good hit" will kill anyone, as Kabuto puts it.
As a side note, her summon, Katsuyu, doesn't seem to talk much. She seems to be rather shy.
Shizune
Shizune is Tsunade’s personal attendant. It is unknown how she got affiliated with Tsunade originally, but she has attended to her master throughout all of Tsunade’s misfortunes in gambling.
Shizune is a worry wart and shows deep concern and anxiety whenever Tsunade takes out another loan. Yet, she is a loyal assistant who has the best intentions for her master as well as the Leaf Village. Not much else is known about her past, but she is currently continuing her role as attendant to Tsunade back in Konoha. Shizune is also working missions for the village.
In battle, Shizune, much like Tsunade, is a medical-nin who knows healing techniques, although not as advanced as her master. She also has a contraption on her right wrist, which has five holes that can launch poisonous needles at her opponent. Furthermore, Shizune also possesses the ability to shoot these poisonous needles out of her mouth. She is quick, fierce ninja who fights for the honor of her master. But first and foremost, Shizune fights to protect the Hidden Leaf Village.
Gaara Of The Desert
Born as an experiment from the Hidden Village of Sand, Gaara was combined with the spirit of a demonic sand priest known as Shukaku, not unlike Naruto and the Nine Tails. Gaara grew up without knowing love. For a long time he tought being spoiled equals love, but when he met Rock Lee that opinion changed.
Unfortunately, Gaara became unstable around the age of six years. Consequently, his father, Kazakage, ordered numerous assassination attempts upon him, all failing miserably. This betrayal caused Gaara to become hateful and deeply suspicious of everyone, including his siblings, who he regarded as "lumps of meat linked together by hatred and murderous intent."
The tattoo on Gaara's forehead means love, which combined with his name means, "I Love Death." Since he only feels alive when he kills, he believes that killing is his reason for being.
Temari
The eldest child on Gaara's team, Temari, as well as Kankurou, is terrified of Gaara, her youngest brother. When Gaara is away, she is a confident, strong Genin, although not a bully like Kankurou. Despite her fear for Gaara, she can be caring towards him, but only if Gaara isn't riled up.
She has a deep dislike for war, and shows it when her teacher Baki told them their mission to Hidden Leaf for the Chuunin exams. Despite her dislike, besides Gaara, she has the strongest offense. Her enormous fan can execute a Slashing Wind attack, which can take on groups of enemies, and equally effective in a duel. She thinks ahead, like Shikamaru, to better suit her abilities.
Kankurou
The middle child of Kazekage, Kankurou's siblings are Gaara and Temari. He has a deep fear of Gaara, and is very submissive to his will. When Gaara isn't around, however, Kankurou is a very confident bully, and has the ability to back up his attitude.
Kankurou carries around a puppet he calls Karasu, and employs it when fighting. Karasu has many weapons hidden inside it, from sharp knives to hidden bombs of poison gas; it is exceedingly difficult to get close enough to damage Karasu.
He may seem like he is all talk, but it would be foolish to underestimate him, as he is quite intelligent in his battles. His only weakness is that if Karasu is destroyed, Kankuro has no way of fighting back, so he takes exceptionally good care of his puppet to insure that he will not be stranded in battle.
Orochimaru
Orochimaru one of the Legendary Sennins of the Leaf Village, until his thirst for the knowledge of Forbidden Techniques exiled him from the village. Since then, he has moved on from body to body in a technique that transfers his soul into another one in a bid for immortality. His next victim, or prodigy, as he states, is Uchiha Sasuke.
After his initial meeting with Sasuke in the Death Forest, Orochimaru gives him a curse seal as tantalizing bait; using Sasuke's ambition against himself, so that Sasuke would one day follow him and Orochimaru would claim his greatest power. The Sharingan.
He also was once part of the Akatsuki, the same organization that Uchiha Itachi and Hoshigaki Kisame are currently in, but left because he feared Itachi to a great magnitude.
Orochimaru has terrifying offensive techniques, and the exact opposite of Jiraiya. His ability to make Kakashi freeze dead in his tracks by just showing off his killing intent should be indicator of how strong he is.
Kabuto
Kabuto first appeared in the chunnin exam as a leaf student who was extremely weak but extremely smart. Though it was soon short lived when he was shown as a hidden spy of the Sound village. Kabuto is not weak but extremely strong and is able to hold his own to Kakashi and some of the best ninjas.
Kabuto is Orochimarus right hand man and does only the most difficult missions for the sound because he is the only one Orochimaru can slightly trust. Kabuto rarely questions anything ordered by Orochimaru and follows up every command.
Kabuto was found by a medical team by the leaf at a young age and was not really good at any particular genre of fighting but as shown in the series he is extremely talented in tactics and medical jutsu. So much so that he was able to deal with Tsunade while his body movement was reverted.
Kabuto is a very strong ninja for the sound and is the second in command of the operations that happen in the Sound village. He takes care of all the arrangements for Orochimaru while his arms were unable to move. Kabuto is a extremely strong ninja but some have rumored that he is part of the Akatsuki…
Kimimaro
Kimimaro is one of the sound 5 and appears near the end of their journey to protect Sasuke so he can reach level 2 curse. Kimimaro is the sole survivor of the Kaguya Clan, the clan who can manipulate their bodies skeleton frame. He is well suited for close combat fighting and distant fighting. Since he can regenerate and make new bones, he has a endless supply of bones he can use against his opponent.
Kimimaro suffers from a illness which was not thoroughly explained through out the manga. Taking a look at the facts from the manga, it could be considered a cancer-like disease since it effects his whole body and makes him sick. While he does suffer from an illness he still is strong enough to hold his own against most of the opponents which approach to fight him. In this case that would be Gaara and Rock Lee.
Kimimaro also knows the 5 special dances which he can use at his own will to kill his opponents. All of these dances can only be used by him and any other Kaguya clan members. His attacks all cause a devastating attack and can also be used for defense. He is well taught in the way of the sword and uses his own bones as weapons. He can form his bones into any shape which makes him a fearsome ninja in the series.
Kimimaro could be considered like another Haku. He has a deep gratitude and love for Orochimaru and he is willing to do whatever it takes to help Orochimaru complete his plan of destroying the Hidden Leaf Village. We don't see him in the attack on Konoha because he is very ill at the time but it has been said that if he were in top condition the whole plan would of went as Orochimaru had planned and the village would have been demolished. He is a powerful ninja but his illness is his weakness.
Haku
Haku is Zabuza’s trainee and most trusted companion. He is an exile from the Hidden Mist Village and he has a very powerful advanced bloodline.
Because of the many civil wars in the Hidden Mist Village, the advanced bloodlines are hated. When Haku’s father found out that Haku and his mother possessed an advanced bloodline, he tried to kill them. He managed to kill Haku’s mother, but Haku survived and killed him instead.
After killing his father, Haku realized that he was unwanted. He didn’t have any reason to exist. Haku wandered the streets homeless and alone, but that changed when he met Zabuza. Zabuza was also an outcast of the Hidden Mist Village and he wanted revenge. In Haku he saw a tool with which he could carry out his vengeance.
Haku was extremely happy he had finally found a reason to live. He had finally found someone who loved him for his abilities, instead of hating him because of them. Haku was determined to give his life to Zabuza. He told him, “I am Zabuza-san’s weapon… please keep me by your side as your tool.”
Haku is an expert in acupuncture, and his weapons of choice are senbon. With his advanced bloodline, Haku is able to control water. His most powerful jutsu is the Demonic Ice Mirrors. This makes Haku a very talented and powerful ninja, who even surpasses Zabuza.
Zabuza Momochi
Just like Haku, Zabuza is what they call a 'missing-nin'. After his failed Coup d'etat on the Mizukage he had to abandon the Hidden Mist Village and became an exile. Now, constantly on the run for the village's hunter-nins he's looking for a way to get his revenge. He's a master in assassination jutsu's and offers his services for that purpose to anyone who can pay him, he joins arms with scum like Gato to fund his revenge. Zabuza is a cruel man who knows no mercy, yet he tolerates a boy named Haku in his presence. He looks at Haku as his tool and uses him the way he likes.
In order for a Ninja Academy student to graduate and become a Genin in the Hidden Mist Village, he or she had to fight, with one of the same friends they trained with, to the death. But all of this had to be changed 10 years ago when one of that year's students killed over 100 peers without hesitation. This child was Zabuza. Because of this the Village was forced to change the final exam for he graduating class, and is commonly referred to by other villages as 'Bloody Mist Village'. From that day on, Zabuza was known as 'the Devil of the Hidden Mist'.
Zabuza is one of the seven shinobi-gatana (swordsmen) of the Mist and is equiped with a very big chopping blade. He makes his first appearance as one of Gato's henchmen who's after the bridge builder, Tazuna. He fights and loses to Kakashi twice, and was only able to survive the first accounter because of Haku's fake hunter-nin appearance. At the very end he kills gato, and has the soul request to die laying next to Haku. It's a very touching scene where it begins to snow ('haku is crying') and Zabuza says: 'Haku, I'm sorry, I hope I can go to the same place you're going to.'. He dies as a shinobi who has led a difficult life, and only realized at the very end that a shinobi isn't a mere tool who can feel no emotions.
Akatsuki Members:
Itachi Uchiha
Uchiha Itachi is one of the last of the Uchiha clan, with his brother, Uchiha Sasuke. They are the only survivors of the Uchiha clan, which was once praised as the strongest clan in Leaf village.
Itachi is the Shinobi that killed the entire Uchiha clan Apart from Sasuke. And when he was a Shinobi of the Leaf, Itachi graduated from the Chuunin selection exam at the age of 10, and when he was 13 he was a ANBU Captain! At current it's unknown why Itachi let Sasuke live, it may be because only a Mangekyou sharigan user can kill him, and he wished to be killed by his brother. Or prehaps he let him live because "He wasn't even worth killing" either way, he forced his brother to live a painfull life, swearing that he will avenge the clan and kill Itachi.
Itachi has the feared bloodline ability, the Sharigan eye. Which he can use to copy the opponents techniques and also see through other techniques. Itachi has also mastered the Sharigan eye, so he can use the "Mangekyou sharigan" which is a extremely dangerous technique.
Itachi is currently a member of the organization "Akatsuki" Which is comprised of "Sly S-Rank Criminals" as Kakashi stated. There Goal is Unknown, but we DO know that Itachi and his partner Kisame where ordered to find Kuuybi (The nine tails fox demon), and take it with them, and so they have to kidnap Naruto.
Itachi first appeared in Episode 80, where we breifly veiwed him and Kisame observing the ruined Leaf village, after Orochimarus invasion. We also found out around that time that Itachi is able to defeat Kakashi quite easily, he didn't even break a sweat when he and Kakashi fought.
Deidara
Deidara is one of the only female Akatsuki member. She is from the village of the stone and is able to create clay like animals or any sorts of animals with her hands. These are her most noticeable feature is that she has hands on each palm. All she has to do is devour a animal or anything and she is able to copy its form and infuse chakra into the clay mold to bring it to life.
Deidara is the one who begins the assault on the Sand village to abduct the Kazekage Gaara, her mission is successful and she had obtained Gaara. She is extremely smart and her attacks have the power of C4 blasts.
Deidara is traveling around with Sasori gathering the other 7 tailed demons of the world. Deidara is a long distant fighter and is not the best at taijutsu as shown in her fight with Gaara. Her long range attacks are strong and damaging, she is one member you do not want to underestimate.
Sasori Akasun
Sasori was once part of the Village of the sand 20 years ago. Sasori is the master of pup petering and has made many battle puppets.
Even Karusu, Kuroari, and Sanshouuo the puppets that Kankurou uses. He is very skilled in puppets and can read through most enemies plans. He is part of Akatsuki and travels around with Deidara another Akatsuki member.
Sasori is known as Akasuna no Sasori or the scorpion of the red sand. Sasori is very impatient and likes to get things done as fast as he can. There is not much else known about this member...
