What is a Bloodlimit
A Bloodlimit, also known as Kekkei Genkai, is a unique characteristic or trait that is found only in a specific family of individuals who are all related to each other by birth. The term "Blood Limit" refers to the fact that only those who have a certain type of blood, (i.e. their families) can have and use the sort of techniques that the family shares. In another translation, "Kekkei Genkai" can also mean "exceeding the limit", as in going above and beyond what normal shinobi are capable of doing with their bodies, saying that these shinobi have exceeded the limits and are a force to be reckoned with.
Bloodlimits are very rare within the World of Naruto because of the unique circumstances in which have to occur in order for an individual to gain a bloodlimit trait. While it is never explained within the anime or Manga of Naruto what exactly must occur in order for a Bloodline Trait to be brought into existence, one can assume that it is a dangerous and difficult changing of genetics. Because of the strong powers of the Bloodlimits, both the anime and Manga almost always show people with Bloodlimits being hunted down and destroyed.
Examples of existing Kekkei Genkai are: Hyuuga's Byakugan, Uchiha's Sharingan, Shodaime Hokage's Mokuton no Jutsu, the Kaguya Clan's, The Bloodlimit of Haku, and Juugo's body transformation. While other bloodlimits may possibly exist, such as Suigetsu's water body, they remain unstated within the anime or the manga as such. However, if you will notice something specific here, every single one of these abilities has something to do with manipulating the user's body to perform feats that would otherwise be unimaginable. Whether through increased sight, the ability to extend bones outside of the body and instantly grow new ones, or morphing the user's body part, the manipulation of the body seems to be the key factor when one considers a Kekkei Genkai.
The only two exceptions listed above are Shodaime Hokage's Mokuton no Jutsu and Haku's manipulation of Water. While it is easy to see the body manipulation power of Shodaime's Ninjutsu, where the only known user of Mokuton Jutsu seems to create wood off of his own body, how Haku's ability to use Water the way he does is not really explained and is the only known example of a Bloodlimit that does not have to deal with manipulating the user's body. Let me re-iterate this: Haku's Bloodlimit one of the only ones within the entire Manga series that does not deal with changing the body. The only other potential Bloodlimit beyond this would be the Iron Sand bloodlimit, but we have almost no information about how that works. That means that if you're creating a Bloodlimit, you need to stop for a minute and think on how the user performs Body Manipulation that makes the techniques unique to only them.
How Do I Know If My Bloodlimit Will Be Accepted?
Well, first of all, if you're asking that question, then you're already creating something that you know should probably not be accepted. The rules of creating a Bloodlimit are simple and have been listed in the areas about Customs Creations. Things like trying to create new Releases through Bloodlimits, things dealing with space & time or souls. If that is your idea, then stop right now and don't waste your time making the Bloodlimit. It will not be accepted.
However, if you are creating a Bloodlimit that deals with Body Manipulation, please describe accurately the types of changes that the body can go through, how your Bloodlimit came to be, and be prepared to create a very long list of techniques that deal specifically with your Bloodlimit. You will need to describe HOW the things in your body are re-acting the way they are. Do NOT use the argument of "chakra does it", because it will NOT be accepted. Example: With the Kaguya, the user molds their chakra in order to extend their bones outside of their body, make them longer and harder, regrow new bones instantly by compounding calcium within the system, etc. While chakra performs all of these actions, it is clearly stated HOW such an event occurs. Please ensure that yours does, too.
But I Think Mine Would Be Cool...
Sorry, if it breaks the rules of the guild and specifically those mentioned when creating Bloodlimits, it isn't going to fly. In order to get anything of the sort created, you will need specific permission from Heero before creation. However, be warned that you stand about a 99% chance of being denied no matter how much you beg or plead. Please don't waste people's valuable time. Chances are that if you've thought of something "really cool" that has to deal with the subjects that has been banned from creation, then ten other people and all of their pet animals have already come up with the same idea and tried to get it passed.
Conclusion
For those who are too lazy to read everything I've said above, I will condense it down into list format.
A Bloodlimit is NOT a way to cop out of trying to get a new Release. [Ex: Steam, Ice]
A Bloodlimit is NOT a way to try and create mythical creatures [ex: Vampires, Dragons, Demons]
And Finally, a Bloodlimit must be defined and be extremely cohesive with a well put-together argument as to the PROCESS behind the Bloodlimit. Again, "Chakra does it" is not acceptable.

* No Bloodlimits dealing with Telepathy, Forces of the Universe, Telekenesis, Space Travel, Time, Souls,
* No High power BLS or clans, such as Elemental manipulation (Elemental Periodic Table is what we mean), stuff dealing with no handseals, manipulating planes of existances.
* No Bloodlimits that have capabilities from movies such as Jumpers.
* Every Bloodlimit must have some sort of purpose. They must have something to make them stand out. The Hyuuga is Royal, and are considered great within Leaf. Uchiha started the Military Police, Kaguya were used for war.
Now, I shall go by step by step and list all of the important details.
Bloodlimit Name
* The Name of the Clan is important because, obviously, you need to have a name for your Clan. It can be in any language, but since this is a pre-dominantly English-speaking board, you’re also required to attach, in parenthesis () the name of the jutsu. Doing the name in another language adds some unique flavor to your jutsu, but it is not necessary. There are several online translators available for use in the production of names. The name of a Clan is always important it is what others establish for, it is what others try to take the time to understand and know. Names usually are known to have the meanings within their capabilities, however this is not always true. A good name is always important because without a name you are considered nothing, with a name you are everything.
Description
* This is where one would consider to be the meat of the Clan explanation. This is the area where you go through, step by step, listing stating what the Clan is. Here you must describe the Clan's Appearance in every way, what they usually wear, what is their normal hair color, eye color, any type of unique differences within them. What are they in general. What are their General Personalities. Do they believe in anything, do they have their own way set of life. These must be placed within the Description of the Bloodlimit. Is the Bloodlimit dominantly women? Or Men? Or is it undetermined. Does the Bloodlimit have their own ranks of power, such as who is considered stronger and who is weaker? If so what are these. Within this section the user must take the time to write out at least four paragraphs of description. Each Paragraph must have an average of at least Five sentences. In general it must be indepth. Here are a few Examples Example One ; Example Two
History
* One of the most lengthy section within the aspects of the Bloodlimit template. Within this section you must state how and why it the clan was created. when it was created, how old the Clan is. Who created the Clan, and who else knows about the clan. It must be in depth, and creative. Without this stated the Clan will be denied, and will be archived. The History can not state anything about it being in existence since an unknown time, and it can not just suddenly appear out of the blue one day through the magic of society and love with peace. The questions within the history must be answered such as the Who, the Why, the Where, the When, and the How it was created. Something can not be suddenly mysterious in creation. Reasons why is because of the fact that in depth history creates Roleplay Capability, it adds story line for other people to interact with. Just because if something we know out of character does not mean that we would know it exists in character. Within this section the user must take the time to write out at least four paragraphs of description. Each Paragraph must have an average of at least Five sentences. In general it must be indepth. Here are a few Examples Example One ; Example Two
Restrictions
* First off we will not allow Bloodlimits where only one person can go into it. It must be plentiful to create Roleplay. What is the restrictions of this Clan? Is the Clan hidden? How hard is it to start out in the Clan? Is the Clan very secretive? One of the biggest things that must be known is, in order to make a character within the Clan do people need to contact the creator of the Clan before so getting permission? What is needed, are there any enemies, restrictions? Such as do they not have to be part of a village? Do they have to be part of a certain village?
Clan Capabilities and Equipment
* Weapons and Equipment
o Some Clans are known to create their own weapons, these weapons have the capabilities that are similar to that of the Clan itself. These weapons are unique to the clan only, they are different, and they have their own advantages. Most weapons that are created by clans however are usually part of the clan because a member of the Clan created the items. However please note that any item that is not unique towards the Clan itself may be asked for it to be changed to universal, or to a village only type of item. Please use the Weapons and Equipment Template for all Weapons and Equipment.
* Rituals
o Some Clans are known to create their own Rituals, these rituals have the capabilities that are similar to that of the Clan itself, however since this is a Bloodlimit a Ritual does NOT make up a Clan. If a Ritual is needed in order to have a clan the capabilities to do what it does then it is just simply a Clan and not a Bloodlimit. These Clan Rituals are unique however may be used by anyone as long as a Clan's member does them. Please note that any Ritual that is not unique towards the Clan itself may be asked for it to be changed to universal. Please note we do not have a Ritual Template just yet.
* Seals
o Some Clans are known to create their own Seals, these Seals have the capabilities that are similar to that of the Clan itself in which may hinder, or benefit the clan, however since this is a Bloodlimit a Seal does NOT make up a Clan. These Seals are unique to the clan only, they are different, and they have their own advantages, or disadvantages. Please note that any Seal that is not unique towards the Clan itself may be asked for it to be changed to universal. Please use the Seal Template for all Seals.
* Jutsus
o The heart of the Bloodlimit Clan. In here you must state and place within all techniques that are known within the Bloodlimit. This shows exactly what the Clan is made out of, it shows their capabilities and disadvantages. It also shows if the Clan is actually acceptable, or if it is not acceptable. Please follow the rules of the Basic Jutsus, as well as the rules within the Bloodlimit Capabilities. Keep them simple, but detailed. Please use the Jutsu Template for all Jutsus.
