Here's something I wrote a few weeks back. Just thought I'd share it with you all. At the time, I felt there was a spirit of oppression on me and with continuous prayer to God, it left, but not without a fight. With God, anything is possible.
A PSALM OF PRAISE FOR DELIVERANCE FROM OPPRESSION
Praise the LORD, for He is merciful!
Praise the LORD, for He is righteous!
For He has saved me from the fowler’s blow.
Praise Him, for He is my strength!
He is with me when the demon strikes.
Yes, He casts them down into the bottomless pit.
I asked of the LORD and the demon was driven out;
I drove it out by the power of Jesus Christ.
Praise the LORD, my rock, my salvation!
Praise Him who is worthy of praise!
For He has shown His mercy on me
And delivered me from evil.
Blessed be God in all the earth.
Blessed is He who gives and takes away.
Oh how I will love and adore Him
all the days of my life.
Praise the LORD!

Thanks. I don't really like to post my Christian poetry in the poetry forum 'cause, frankly, no one ever responds. Since this thread is already started, here's something else that I would like to share with you all. I'll post two of them; both I wrote just tonight.
FALLING AND SOARING
What words can I speak, Oh LORD,
What can I say?
My heart is burdened with trouble,
Yet ‘tis also merry and content.
I am falling from grace,
But I am flying with the birds.
How can I feel so uncomfortable?
How I am so lifted high.
I love You with the passions of a lover;
I am famished and dying of thirst.
I walk through the perilous storm
and swim through the darkest depths of the sea.
Oh free me from mortal trials,
Save me from lustful obsession.
I will follow You to the ends of the earth.
I will be of good heart.
I am indebted to You all the days of my life.
I will love You forevermore.
Amen.

Gentle is the song of Your voice
that comforts me in the night.
Gracious are Your arms that hold me
and clothe me in glorious white.
Lovely is the fragrance of Your being
and sweet the taste of Your lips.
You cherish my delicate heart
and grace Your hands across my hips.
You bless me always with a kiss
that warms my frigid soul.

Joyous is Your grace upon me
like a playful child.
Strengthening is Your presence
like the growing isle.
Faithful am I to Your call
and worthy of all is You.
Comfort me in my darkest hour
and anoint my head with dew.
You bless me always with a kiss
that warms my frigid soul.

and fill me whole.
Wondrous are Your works, Oh God,
dazzling in splendid array.
Powerful and majesty have You,
such that the world is amazed.
The heavens rejoice in You, Oh LORD,
the nations declare Your name.
“Holy is the LORD of hosts!”
they cry again and again.
You bless me always with a kiss
