Saliva. ^_^ though when that doesn't do the trick sometimes, I like using a warming lubricant. Edible ones can be fun, but messy. I remember using one that stained and was very sticky. I tend to stay those unless its the Wet brand, that one is very good.

i dont really use lube all that much. sumtimes ill use hand lotion or baby oil but most of the time i go dry
