Here is the idea I mentioned in the suggestion thread. I want to bounce those idea's off others as I said I wanted to and get opinions of it.
Basically it is an Alternate Universe of KH, or a Paralle Universe. As mythology says there are those paralle worlds, this is one of KH's, with a lot of major differences....
First the heartless are not heartless, they are called Soulless.
The Nobodies are not nobodies ether, they are No ones.
The worlds that are traveled between are from non-Disney movies. (Ex: Swan Princess and Shriek)
Also wishing to put characters from other games non-FF to be in place of like Leon and such. (Ex: Zelda, Legend of the Dragoon)
As for the rest is where I am lost... anyone want to put in any input?

Probly better than my idea, anyway. I might join in on this...possibly....
I might join in on a little more RP-ness, seeing as how I have more time since I moved and am now making my living as a class C mercenary gwahahahahaa!!!
Okay sorry for rambling....But anyway...Yeah, I might come up with some s**t to throw in there. Just gimme a little time. My imagination is a freak on a leash. OOOOH now I gotta hear that song! *pulls up Windows Media Player*

I really like your idea and your vision! Teaming up with Link or maybe even having Shrek for a Summon would be pretty bad a**. It would be alot of fun too say the least ^w^

Cha, I would LOVE to play as Link. Or even to just team up with him, as Fuu said, would be rad. It would be kinda challenging for me and possibly improve ze skillz. Mostly cause I find it hard to shut my yap, and Link...um..doesn't. XD

Even rping as Shriek would be fun. He would be a fun guy to team up with... >< Imagine landing in his swamp and him screaming at you, "GET OUT OF MY SWAMP!" and not to mention Donkey. LOL I could see him being the summon in place of Mushu. xd they are both loudmouths and can be quite annoying.
Me, I want to do an rp with LoD's >< I mean they would be great in KH. And personally I wanna play Shana.

I do have a few questions/helpful pointers:
1) Is there any reason you're switching their names? Or, better question, would they still be created in the same way? Heartless (Soulless) being hearts encased in darkness, Nobodies (No Ones) being the left behind souls+bodies...
2) Keyblades- yes or no, and if yes, do you have any ideas for a history/limit/use for them?
3) Do you have any villainous plots devised, or will you leave it up to the individual RPers? Neither is a bad choice, there are simply pros and cons to both.
4) Will Disney-themed worlds and FF-based characters be excluded entirely?
5) Do you have an 'introduction' planned out yet? By introduction, I mean how the worlds spiraled from order to chaos, how the villains/monsters became prevalent, etc.
I want to clarify that I'm not trying to scare you away from the idea! Quite the opposite, I like it! I'm just trying to help direct your thoughts. Those are just some of the more important issues that need to be addressed when making your story 3nodding

1. The Soulless and the No Ones, are almost like the Heartless, and Nobodies. But instead of the Hearts, it is the souls that were taken to create the Soulless, and the No Ones are the empty bodies without the feeling of a soul within them.
2. Keyblades, yes, but not everyone should have a keyblade. I still don't have any idea for a history behind them.
3. >< not sure myself one of the reasons I am asking for help so when the rp is going we have some sort of idea so we are not all running around wondering what is going on.
4. We can have a few. The whole idea behind it is sort of like in the Fullmetal movie. The world is similar, with certain faces being the same and such, but they are seperated by something. And that something will be the Soulless.

And no worries about scaring me away. The reason I put up the topic to get some help in these areas.

Oh yeah I'm just gonna stick to this thread now and mix my subjects from this one and the suggestion thread together...since I'm talking about pretty much the same thing in both. But aaanywaaaayyy....
So yeah, like I said before, I'm gonna try to team up with ya on this if I can. Might bring my "organization" idea...or well....beginning of an idea, anyway...up in this.
I just got an idea of splitting this potential new group thingie in two...like a civil war between two sides of the organization. One side wants to do one thing, the other wants to do something else. Eh..I dunno, just a thought. Could be nice for plot development, I suppose. I'm gonna blend it around in my brain and see what else I could think of. Still dunno what the "somethings" they would be fighting over would be yet...but meh..we'll see.
It could have something to do with the Soulless or the No Ones. Or something...I dunno. If it sounds okay to you, we can talk about this till our brains turn to mashed rice and a good idea pops out of the wreckage. Gwahahahahaa!!!

I would personally love to team up with Ryudo and Ametarasu from Grandia II and Okami respectively.
So...the Soulless are the result of the souls being stolen. The No One's are the result of the Heart and Body being left behind. It's an interesting concept. Feel free to bounce ideas off of me anytime. Unless you have attached a rock. Then don't. XD

So, 'No Ones' would, essentially, be zombies? Souls provide sentience... so a Body (driven by the heart-given emotions) without that that is somehow still alive would be a mindless, instinctual husk, pretty much. Am I right...?
And the Soulless, they would pretty much be emotionless ghosts?

Pretty much, yes Kyle. It is hard to fight something that has no emotion such as that. There is gonna need to be something to fuel the No Ones, so that they can still think and make desisions willingly.

Well, that's going to be difficult, because unless you want to just completely over-write KH Law (lolol), the Heart gives emotion, the Soul gives sentience (read: knowledge, intellect, thought, and apparently even memory), and the body is simply the physical vessel within which they reside.
If you want them to be able to think, to make decisions driven by logic and not emotion, then they'd need either Souls or someone to control them who had a Soul.

What if you made the No Ones the beings that are being driven by emotion alone? A hunger to find what was lost. Turn the Soulless into the beings who are controlling. Possibly by possession.... What if the Soulless could possess the No Ones, but not to make them fully human, as they would have to find their original body. Instead, they could only possess a No One for a short period of time before moving on to the next. Well, that's all I can think of now.

Sory has a very good point. Zombies, they would be. Although I personally believe that, in the case of memory, they are mostly in the heart (check CoM and, if I'm not mistaken, certain scenes from KH II, specifically Namine's scenes, to see where I got that from). Although, the Nobodies OBVIOUSLY hold memories of their lives as whole beings somehow, so my theory is that, when the heart is gone, certain imprints from it, such as specific memories and the knowledge of what emotions are like (although they don't actually FEEL emotion, obviously, since their hearts are gone, but as Saix once said, they remember what it's like. "We know very well how to injure a heart.") are left behind, marked on the soul somehow.
Of course, all of this is theory, but yeah...okay I'll stop rambling for now. Again. Gwahahahaa. Oh come on, y'all know ya love watching my brain ooze all over the place. Hehe just kidding XP
Aaaanyway....Also, Bard has some good ideas. And I shall add to the good-idea pool as soon as I can...I'm working the gears in my mind like crazy muwahahahahaa!

I see all of your points... and you all are right >< it would take away from the whole thing of it being KH... I need to figure out some sort of force or orginazation that could control them. Hmmm...
What if I decided to switch it up in this parallel world where it is the darkness ruled the world. Somehow Sora, and company failed and the world is now in chaos...?
