I am 17 and in the Army DEP for 31B. I play soccer in the fall, hockey in the winter, and I run track in the spring. I was wondering what kind of(if any) training program I should be on? I am also 5lbs over my weight but I ended up taking the ARMS test at MEPS and I had no problem with it.

Army likes to run, lots and lots. 8 miles, 6 miles, 4 miles... with packs, without packs. The better you are at running now, the less you'll have to worry about later. heart
Some of these other threads in here have some good info with that.

Start running and get a start on your push ups and sit ups. The better you are now, the less trouble you'll have later on when it comes time for your PT tests.
