Alright kiddies it is time for us to determine who gets to pass the exams!
Here is how it works! You get to vote on two people from each category and you can only vote on people coming into your rank or lower. Thus if you a Jounin you can vote on both the Chunin and Jounin exams but not on the ANBU exams. That is how it works. So cast your votes!
It should also be noted that just because you win the vote that doesn't mean you will rank up. This vote only counts for 1/3 your score, however chances are it will be enough to push you over the rest of them.
My votes are as follows...
ANBU: Soul, Kei (Manticore)
Jounin: Shin, Tougura (Pheso)
Chunnin: Pyroka (Imaginary Squirrels), Azran

I was a bit surprised too, but at the same time I just think all these opinions are going to be based on either the skill they think their choices have or off of the fact that they may have taken the exam a few times and deserve to rank up finally. I base all my opinion on skill though. . I don't care how many times someone took the test. Lol. Means nothing to me if they are incompetent or inane, but I don't think any of our competitors in this tournament are. Everyone seems to have a unique way of going about things that makes it more interesting.

Jounin: Shin and Tougura. They both deserve it.
Chuunin: Chibi and Newb Boy (Azran)........ Even though I want both of them on my gennin team, I believe that they did a good job. Plus I could always break them anyways with less restraint then if they were gennin. xd

As for you, while Kei's certainly a deserving contestant, there's the whole... defecting and aiding enemies of the state... thing. ANBU are generally supposed to be very loyal to the village, and switching sides doesn't seem very loyal. I'm not complaining, I'm just wondering what kind of awkward conversation that'll lead to. Kashin: "Yeah, sorry Taka. We figured the rogue ninja was more qualified for the position than you." Taka: "But... he's not even here! He's AWOL!" Kashin: "But he's just that good, you know?" Taka: "He defected, and he's aiding an enemy of the state!" Kashin: "JUST. THAT. GOOD."

I would think you would get smarter after almost getting banned. This is not a threat, I am simply asking you mind your own business. Dude, I was making a joke. I was, literally, trying to make you and others laugh and be happy. I had no intention or desire to offend you. If you're just gonna scream at me for trying to be friendly until I leave of my own accord, you could've just gone ahead with the banning and saved time.
