Screens and monitors showing an assortment of numbers and visual feeds beeped and flashed. In the middle was a large hologram emitter, around which were chairs. An extention of Cerebro was also ran to the War Room, for spir of the moment mutant tracking and communicating.

Wade stepped into the War Room to find only Wolverine sitting there. If you wanted to get me alone, all you had to do was ask. But, I warn you, you may be a bit too old for you. He pulled out a chair and sat down to watch the images. Bad business, this is. Couldnt be Trask, he is uber humanity, and a bit of a wuss. He said, chuckling as he watched the screens.

Take a good look around yuh, Cajun! See these screens! The damn robots we been fightin off are no killin the one who made em! Thats whats goin on. He said as he waved his hand in front of the many screens.

The more the merrier in the case. Take a look for yourself. Wade declares at Petes question and entrance. And Loagn, calm down man, lots of people die when you get cranky, yeah. Cool it, breathin excersises, you get the point. Wade laughed as he taunted Logan.

Wade dont talk just pay attention to whats goin on!
He looks at wade and then at the robots again. Hey logan want to fly? He starts laughing

Pete, can it kid. Wade is here for a reason. We do need to wait for Scott or Jean. Me and Remy are more than enough together, as well as him or me with Wade. But you with any of us puts us at a disadvantage. Even with you having the powers like you have now, you are still young and new. We need another senior mission for a swarm on the Sentinels, more than likely we will need two teams. Everyone just sit tight and find out what you can through in goin and out goin lines and transmissions. Check all the channels and images we can find. Understood. We cant risk losing any more. Scenes of the deaths of Morph and Jean flashed in his head.

We do need to act, I agree. But the best as far as training go right now is you me and Wade. I dont want the boy gettin in the way. Now that you are here, the boy could fight along you. I am more than confident in yer protection as far as he is concerned. The four of us could handle, right. He said to her, feeling confident with her at his side in a fight.

Scott had his arms folded and he stepped upon the elevator going to the sub basement floor. Nearly millions of thoughts raced through his mind like conversations with himself of possibilities and the school itself. He leaned against the wall and covered his face with his right hand. He hadn't been sleeping well since the opening of the school and Charles Xavier had been missing for months now. He was in charge now and with that came many responsibilities. He began to wonder how Jean was doing. How the team would adapt to all this since it was them getting back together, but one though out stood them all...

The elevator chimed and the metallic doors began to open. Scott got off the wall and began to leave the elevator. He walked down the cold metal hallway till he reached the war room, where he was met by several of his team mates already wondering what was going on. Scott moved the hair from his eyes and looked at Logan and the rest.

"You will have to inform the rest when they get here. I'm pretty sure by now you all understand what is going on. The school has only been open for one day and danger has struck. We don't even have a full team yet. So this is what I am going to say.. We're going in to battle."

He expected the words to be shocking, but they had been in tighter situations before.

"Logan and myself will make two teams. A few will go with him and a few with me. The reasoning behind this is that if we all go in many will be hurt. I normally don't like to say this, but since we are showing the public that we are back try to keep building collateral to a minimum. From the two teams. I want Nightcrawler and someone else on Medical for victims that are still alive."

He looked them all in the eyes from his ruby quartz glasses. His mouth gave a serious tone.

"Logan.. while your leading your team try to find out what caused this. It's not like the Sentinels to be attacking human targets. It's not a government organization because they would be using mutants as targets. No, something else is going on here. Try to see if you can pick up a scent of some clues. I will be doing the same on the field."

He exhaled.

"This is our first run team. Let's make it count. Gear up and get ready. We leave in 10 minutes."
