The home is located in Residence Block B at the very outskirts near the wall and "hidden escape / entrance." For a home belonging to Manndar, it was very basic. He had used up the last of his savings from selling Wal~Mart in order to buy it and furniture.
The house was very basic. It had 2 floors, a living room, a bathroom, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a training room, and a weapons / scroll room.
Inside the house, the furniture was all antiques that he had bought all at once from the same place. It was quite a deal. He didn't like the bed, so he got rid of it and baught a sleeping mat.

Someone knocked on the door. Moments later after no answer, there was more knocking. With still no answer, the person opened the door and peeked in. It was Manndar's currently only gennin student, Kobushi. "Hey! Manndar! Ya here!?" Kobushi shouted. Silence. "Looks like no one's home," he said, fully opening the door. He slipped off his boots and took a few steps in to take a look at his sensei's house. Pretty simply by the looks of things. Judging by the old furniture, Kobushi got an idea that Manndar either had an interesting taste in home furishings; or just didn't care what he had, just as long as he had something.
