"Good evening, class! I'm Profesor Nightingale and I am here to introduce you and to teach you Vampyre Sociology.
To start of, we will talk about the lure of blood. Most fledglings don't experience the lust for blood in their early stages. But once their four years of being a fledgling are nearly over, there is a need for blood that no flegling or vampyre can deny. It is a must to keep ourselves strong.
I want each person to write a memory of theirs about a time when you were human. About a time you and someone had a conversation about vampyres drinking blood. After everyone's done this, we can pick out the facts from the fiction. Then we can see what humans really know about us."

"What happens if you drink a humans blood?" Emily asked, but blushed and slouched in her chair.

Prof. Nightingale smiled when she heard the question. She knew it would be asked some time. She then turned to look at Emily and her smile grew as she saw the embarassment on the girl's face. She sympathized with the girl as when Alba Nightingale was a fledgling she had asked the very same question. The memories of her school time suddenly overwhelmed her. Her smile faltered and the light dimmed in her eyes.
But only for a second.
She lifted her gaze to look at the blushing Emily, and plastered the smile back on her face.
"Well Emily, please don't be embarassed to ask that question. A lot of fledglings are too scared to ask that, but well done for plucking up the courage to do so! When drinking a human's blood, it can be an overwhelming feeling. Imagine tasting your favourite thing in the whole world but it being tripled in it's flavour. Imagine your taste buds tingling." Prof. Nightingale walked around the room with an airy grace, somewhat angel like. "For flegdlings, the taste won't be quite as exhilirating, but for vampyres, it is. It is also needed for a grown vampyre, as it will keep them healthy, strong and sane.
When drinking, endorphins are released, and thus becoming pleasurable for both vampyre and human. Nyx has blessed us in this act being pleasurable and not grotesque, to what human's believe. Human's are scared that as we can do this act so freely, we have no control over it. But, of course, we know better. They have now labelled us as predators because of this.
One thing that comes from intense blood drinking, is something called an Imprint. But Imprinting is for another lesson."

Emily seemed okay with the answer, so Prof. Nightingale simply said, "Now, the assingment. Please write your conversations down. I'll be walking around soon if anyone needs to ask me anything, or if anyone needs help." She smiled at the class and went to sit down behind her desk so the class could get started.

Anila put her feet up on her desk and turned up her iPod "I really don't need to hear about this" she thought to herself "I already know what happens, and now, Joe is addicted to me"

Ayuko walks in slowly and sits behind Kimiko and Anila, her head rested on her arms and she started to fall asleep but quickly realized, she was still in class! She shook her head and took out a pece of paper and started writing about when she was a human.

Kelsey sat quietly with listening to her ipod but still doing the assignment. She had never really had a conversation with someone about drinking blood so she just wrote about the sterotypes she had heard about.

I wrote about that me and my boyfriend Kevin used to joke around about it. My Cousin Emily was a Vamp and she said it was pleasurable for the human and Vamp. She did not say much. My boyfriend said it hurt a lot at first for the human but me and him know that it isn't true at all I unfortunately imprinted with him. redface redface

Kayla finished the assighnment and turned it in. Kayla was very pleased and sad by it. She thought "God I miss that boy."

Kakar walked in slowly,she hoped her being late would not rub off i a bad why,she already was in her ''depressing'' mood and hoped she would not totally lose it.She moved back her blood black red hair and sighed.
