Ok so I have been calling myself a vegetarian for a few months now, and I have a question: Are vegetarians allowed to eat and drink dairy products? (Milk, eggs, icecream....ect.) Or would they be classified as something else?
*Note: I don't eat fish, beef, chicken, turkey, pork...ect.

Still a vegetarian. The more technical term for it is lacto-ovo vegetarian, but you can still call yourself a vegetarian. 3nodding

Yeah, "vegetarian" usually means that a person does not eat meat or animal fat, but other animal products are ok. So they usually do eat eggs and dairy.
"Vegan" generally means no animal products at all. So no meat, no eggs, no dairy. Vegans also usually won't eat honey, buy wool, buy silk, etc.
