A large, open area that can be reconfigured by a panel just outside of it to resemble any terrain. Its creator, Rednal, has not yet bothered to tell anyone how he made it, but it's come in quite handy for training those under his command.

Tsubaki walked up to the panel, just outside the training area. Looking down he began to type in some codes into the panel.
The grounds shifted, a forest began to grow, and grow tall. The shadows crept through out the treeline like fire. Once the transformation of the battle field was completed, he took a few steps up to the trees.
"Heh. . You ready Teno?" He stated as he slowly unsheathed his Zanpakuto. "This will probably kill me, but I need preparation for Bankai. . " He said looking into the trees.
Holding his sword vertically with the blade towards the ground. "Open your eyes, Teno Juraki!" He whispered in a quiet tone. Releasing the sword it disappeared as if it was sucked up by the ground itself as it gently fell out of Tsubaki's grip.
The green symbols appeared in a circle, circling around the area that the sword had entered. Kneeling down he stuck his arm into the now shadowy ground, and relinquished his sword.
It's appearance looked as if it was made from nothing more then a shadow. Smirking at the transparent weapon. "You ready Teno?" He said before lunging into the treeline.

Flying through the trees, the speed from his shikai form was beginning to steadily increase. Hacking down trees left and right, they began to crash around the young lieutenant.
Landing in a small clearing, closing his eyes the lieutenant sliced through the air. The blast of energy that was released cut the trees 12.4 Km in the area around him. The trees began to fall, slowly at first but then began to pick up speed.
"Lets do this. ." He said aloud before flash stepping into the barrage of falling trees and debris, dodging them left and right, cutting a few out of his path, his skills were sharp, his land speed was sharper.
A sweat beaded off of his brow, streaming down his cheek. Landing gently, his sword was sparking with power. "Easy Teno." He stated as he looked down to his hand. A shadow of a tree that was falling grew underneath Tsubaki's feet.
It began to get larger and larger."Oh no!" He said aloud as the tree was falling faster and faster. An act of power, teno took over his arm and sliced the shadow splitting the tree in half.
Breaking down around the kneeling Tsubaki, he rose to his feet. "Interesting. . ." He muttered, sitting on the tree that had been cut around him, his zanpakuto reverted back to its original state.

Sweat was dropping slowly from his brow. As he walked too the control panel, his ceremonial robe was quite dirty. As he looked down at the panel, something caught his eye. 'Hmm. . .hollow program?' Pressing the button, it began to flash red.
Looking up the trees in the distance began falling down left and right. Walking past the panel towards the trees. "Wha. . " Before he could finish a humanoid walked out from the treeline.
It wore the robes and garments of a squad captain, complete with Zanpakuto, but his face had a blood red hollow mask.
"Hm? You are not captain Rednal. . . " Said the creature. "That is unfortunate. . ."
"No I am Tsubaki Zaku, captain Rednal's lieutenant. " He stated looking at this creature. "You are the progra. . ." Before the young lieutenant could finish, the creature flash stepped and hit Tsubaki in the stomach sending him flying into the trees.
Breaking through numerous trees and branches, he rose to his feet, breathing quiet heavily, he drew his zanpakuto. 'Only captain rednal has this type of speed. . what am I up against.' Tsubaki thought to himself as he stood his ground.

As he stood his ground, he began to see trees falling once more. The creature was walking very properly, yet he was hacking down trees with his zanpakuto. The creature showed little to no effort, as if he was just waving his sword around randomly.
Swallowing his anxiety, Tsubaki tilted his sword so it was angled in a diagonal manor. The moment he rocked his sword to this position, the hollow was standing face to face with Tsubaki, swords crossing eachother.
"Well Lieutenant. . I must warn you, this will not stop until you kill me. . "The creature cackled as he made the statement.
Putting his hand up to Tsubaki's face, the hollow grinned the most devilish grin. A blast of power sent the lieutenant flying out of the trees and into the blue sky. His robe was now shredded, as he hovered almost just hanging in the air.'I can beat him. . ' He thought to himself.
Regaining quickly, Tsubaki flashed stepped back to the creature with almost lightening fast speed, swinging his blade carefully, he managed to cut the beasts' arm slightly. Standing there with a smirk on his face, he whispered."Gotcha. . . "
Once the word was uttered, the lieutenant took off in the other direction, flash stepping as much as possible.
"Hm. . perhaps this could be interesting."Said the hollow, as he gave chase to Tsubaki.

Flying through the trees, the lieutenant ducked and dodged throughout the forest. Looking to his left, he saw the creature running just as fast, almost mimicking his movements.
Jumping off a rock, onto a branch, then throwing his body up into the sky. Tsubaki began to scan the ground for the hollow from above. 'Dam. . where is he?"
"Peek-a-boo. . " Said the creature hovering over him, right before kicking directly downward into his back, sending Tsubaki flying towards the ground.
Falling towards the ground at incredible speed, the lieutenant spun his body so if to face the enemy up above. "Bakudo number 4" He shouted as a bolt of lightening flashed out of his finger towards the enemy.
The dark humanoid form that was floating gently in the sky, disappeared as the bolt traveled through his body. 'Oh no. . ' Thought Tsubaki as he recovered and fell on to a tree branch, leaning up against the tree.
The lieutenant began to slow his breath, as he attempted to hide from the creature. 'I need to calm myself, he out strengths and out runs me by a long shot.'
"Come now lieutenant. . don't be a coward. . " Said the creature, hacking down trees once more.

"Dam. . he really wont quit. ." Muttered the lieutenant. Flash stepping away from him, the winded lieutenant landed in a clearing that was encircled by trees.
"You honestly are a coward aren't you?" Said the creature appearing almost directly in front of him.
"You wish for a fight. . " He said jumping back 20 meters. "Don't blink. ." Tsubaki whispered as he held his sword upside down. "Open your eyes. . Teno Juraki." He said under his breath, before releasing his weapon into the ground.
"Hm? What is this little soul reaper up too.." He said aloud as he folded his arms across his chest, staring through his mask at the young lieutenant.
Kneeling down, not even breaking eye contact with the hollow. Tsubaki plunged his hand into the ground, as he rose to his feet, his arm slowly returned out from the ground with a shadowy blade in his grasp.
Looking down at the blade, and returning his gaze upon the hollow. Tsubaki grinned. "Heh. ."

Pointing the shadow blade directly at the hollow. "Your move. . " Said Tsubaki in a rather deep voice.
"Now let us have some fun!" He shouted, disappearing then reappearing in front of Tsubaki.
"Slow. . " Was the last thing that the hollow heard. Flash stepping directly behind the enemy, he kicked him but before the creature could get momentum to fly anywhere, Tsubaki reappeared infront of him punching him this time.
The Hollow was now in the air, getting rather angry. The enemy began to flash step towards the lieutenant with great speeds. Taking a few steps in front of him, Tsubaki seen this creatures shadow, steadily growing larger and large. "Die. . ." He whispered slicing the shadow in half, vertically up the center of him.
Since the momentum was building, the enemy was still flying at the shinigami, pointing the tip of his blade at the hollow, before he had even reached Tsubaki. He had split in half, his body exploding as is landed behind him.
Tsubaki's Zanpakuto faded back to normal, as the wary lieutenant fell to his back seeing the clouds pass over head. Releasing his sword from his grip, he began to close his eyes. "Finally. . ."

Minutes rolled by, Tsubaki didn't even flinch. Slowly opening his eyes, he staggered to his feet. Stumbling over to the panel, his body bruised and sliced up. making it to the panel he saw a blinking red button. "What? Program still active?" As soon as he make that statement, he felt enormous power directly behind him.
Jumping forward, doing a spiral flip in mid-air landing and staring at the creature. "Im. . impossible. . " He wheezed, staggering backwards a few steps, realizing that he didn't have his Zanpakuto on him.
"Hahaha. . looking for this. . " He stated as he held Teno, in a horizontal way. "You will die quickly with out your friend. . " He shouted, as the creature tucked Teno into his own belt loop.
Tsubaki blinked, once he opened his eyes everything was black and white, he saw the hollow flash stepping, once, twice, as if everything was in slow-motion, but after that his moves became unreadable to the exhausted lieutenant.
Tsubaki felt his body tense up, as he brought his arms up to shield his body as a reflex. Once the color had returned to the battlefield, the hollow was standing behind the lieutenant.
Blood sprayed into the air, it shot out of Tsubaki's body, and flowed in steady streams down his body. "I . . .can't lose. . " He whispered as his gaze drifted up towards the sky, falling to his knees. The shinigami caught his body with his almost dead limbs hitting the ground.
"You are not captain rednal, but managing to destroy my form once. . .I commend you boy." He stated walking to the side of Tsubaki, raising the sword over his head. Preparing to chop off the lieutenants head. "Farewell. . ." He said with a slight grin.
Spitting blood onto the ground, a gust of wind picked up. Birds and other creatures of the forest began to flee. The blade started to fall, gradually getting faster. Tsubaki closed his eyes once again.
As the blade picked up speed, as soon as it barely touched the lieutenants neck, the hollow almost fell over, due to the fact that Tsubaki had disappeared.

Reappearing a few feet away from the enemy, but standing in front of him. Though Tsubaki's garments were shredded and nearly destroyed. He looked as if he had no scratches on his body.
"Hm? So you've got more fight eh?" He said recovering his battle stance, pointing the tip of his own blade at Tsubaki. "No matter, you still don't have your friend."
Not even staying a word, he just tilted his head at his opponent, walking slowly towards him, not even putting in effort to battle so it appears.
Taking a few steps backwards, he held his blade in a type of shielding stance."What is it you are doing . . ."
Appearing face to face with the hollow, the lieutenant grabbed the enemies hand that held the blade, twisting the hand till the blade was pointing downward, he pressed slightly in a down and forward way. Causing the blade to penetrate the hollow himself.
"You are finished. . " The silence was finally broken by the lieutenant, he made a stern and fast statement. Holding the hand and blade in place, he used his other hand to grab the side of the mask.
As he peeled it back it began to chip and flake. Tsubaki's arm flew into the sky with more then half of the mask in his hand. The lieutenant's eyes met with the hollows. In shock he released the hollow and staggered backwards.
"Hehehehahahaha. . . what's a matter?" He said tilting his head back, removing the blade from his own gut. "You look as if you've seen a ghost. . " He stated as he took one step towards the soul reaper.
Tsubaki's facial expression didn't change, he kept a very serious and stern look about him, even though he took a step backwards. "You're. . .you're me. ." He whispered, the enemy dressed in captain attire, with a red mask, was Tsubaki staring back at himself.

"Well. . .now that you are unleashing your power, let us begin." Said the hollow, peeling off the rest of the mask, and dropping the white captain robe off his body, the hollow now looked almost identical to Tsubaki.
"Very well . . " Said Tsubaki not even flinching, he took a step back so only his right side was facing the creature. A gust of wind blew a few leaves through the space between the two of them.
Once the leaves fell to the ground, the two disappeared at the same time, both reappearing in the sky, as the hollow swung his blade towards Tsubaki, he flash stepped, and combined a spinning back kick to the enemy, as soon as he made contact, the hollow flash stepped and sliced Tsubaki's back left shoulder.
Once the cut was made they both disappeared again. Reappearing back in the clearing, the hollow sent a blast of reaistu from his blade towards the lieutenant. Before the blast could connect, he flash stepped behind the enemy almost immediately throwing a punch, but once again the attack failed to land.

As they both countered each other over and over again, they finally reappeared back in the clearing.
"It would seem your powers finally equal mine." Exclaimed the hollow, in a powerful voice.
"Not even. . .clo. ." Before the lieutenant could finish the sentence, the hollow had run him through with his blade. Looking down Tsubaki's brown hair fell over his eyes.
"Good. . but not good enough." Said the hollow with his blade still in the stomach of Tsubaki.
Lifting his head and smiling. "You think that I would be caught off guard." Finishing his statement, Tsubaki grabbed his own Zanpakuto from the belt loop of his enemy, flash stepping approximately 30 meters away from the hollow. "After all, I had to get my friend back."

Standing up straight the lieutenant dropped his sword. "Open your eyes. . Teno Juraki." He said aloud, the sword pierced the ground, almost instantly after his blade completely submerged into the ground, he knelt down, grabbed the blade, and began sprinting with his shadow blade in toe.
"Come on! Sword. . no sword, it doesn't matter!" He shouted raising his blade to Lieutenant Tsubaki.
Knocking his enemies blade to the side, he swiped at him rather smoothly. Unable to make contact with the hollow, Tsubaki managed to tear up the enemy's garments. As the creature flash stepped into the sky, Tsubaki grinned. "No, no, no. . ." He said turning his attention down to the shadow, swinging his blade at the left leg of his opponent.
"Ah! Damn you!" The creature shouted, as blood ran down his own leg.

Flying with abrupt speed towards the unwavering Tsubaki. Both of their swords connected, slowly grinding on each other. Sparks began to ensue from the contact.
"How is a shadow. . .blocking my attack. . " He said in sheer anger, at the grinning Tsubaki.
"This is my Shikai. . and you will fall by it." He stated as, the lieutenant out powered the hollow, pushing him back. As the enemy slid back by the tips of his feet. Tsubaki appeared next to the hollow. "You are beaten. . ." He said lowering his blade to his side.
"Not quite. . " He whispered as enormous power, shock waved out of his body, sending Tsubaki flying backwards.
Doing a mid-air back flip, he landed on the tips of his toes, and using his fingertips to steady his body."Hm. . " He muttered as his pose straightened. Looking at this hollow he smirked. "Ready?" He shouted.
With a simple nod, the hollow, jumped horizontally towards Tsubaki, as if he was flying inches above the ground, with his sword cocked back.

Seeing the hollow fly directly towards him, Tsubaki simply smirked. Raising his sword he began running towards the hollow. As their swords clashed, as shock wave of power created a crater beneath them.
Staring in to each others eyes, they both flash stepped as the same time. Appearing in the sky, they were both holding each others hilt of their own blades. Kicking the hollow away from him, he thrust his blade towards the hollow, slicing the creatures side.
Holding his side, the creature landed on the ground. Looking down at his hand, now covered in blood. "Nice. . ." He said joining both hands together at the hilt of his own blade.
Once Tsubaki's feet touched the ground, he took off with unimaginable speed towards the creature. Grabbing the creatures' arm, he kicked out its feet, and hurled him towards the trees.
The hollow flew through the air, spinning around and kicking off a tree, he sent a blast of power towards Tsubaki. "Why won't you die!"
