well, if it didnt load i dont think anyone will help you. and it was month ago. you should have put a complaint like that day. on the bottom over here... all the way with all that stuff it says contact us. but they probablly couldnt do anything. i suggest just getting another one. I mean you look like you have a lot of gold.. idk just an observation. also since you posted so much you will get a lot of gold!!!!
