Ms. Terry walked up to the ballot box, where there was a stage space, with an envelope in her hand. She was really, really pregnant. "Good morning Parker's. Are we ready to find out who my replacement will be?" she sat down on a chair somebody had passed her, crossing her legs elegantly, as best as she could.
"The votes were counted using a points system. 1st choice meant 2 points, 2nd choice meant 1. There were 50 points alotted in total. So..."
She smiled slightly, then put her glasses on, and slipped open the envelope.
"The candidate with the least votes was... Bethan James-Blake, with 11 points. In second... with 18 points... was Ms. Callahan-Mackinzie. Which means that Miss Ava Storm will be joining the faculty as our new headmistress!" She slipped off, amidst the cheering.
