This is a Brand New feature that came with this Quick Links Bar and footer razz
I'm kinda excited about it but it's a cheap replacement to NO CLAN BUTTON on the MAIN NAV BUTTONS. those cheap fish poo xD

What part? The Edit Buttons and the Online Friends buttons and the + button are locked for some peoples, some peoples don't have it locked. They are working on this razz
