2:59 AM is what the clock read since he had last looked at it 5 hours ago. Cerebro was was working full time on this encryption in the Sentinel's data base. Scott was leaning against the wall when he found himself dozing off and catching himself before he fell.
"Woah, Scott."
He poured himself some coffee. He used a mug that Jean had gotten him awhile back. He began to sip on it and think about her even more. He should have protected her. It was quite evident that he needed more time in the Danger room. He skills seemed to be slowing down. He wanted to check on Jean, but would feel horrible if she woke up. She needed her rest after the attack. Scott was accompanied by a few chirps and hums of a empty War Room.
3:01 AM, Scott sighs. He is sitting in the chair with his chin resting on the head rest staring into the Sentinels metallic eyes. He glares at it.
'This b*****d hurt Jean...'
He looked to the side of it's face and saw a symbol.
"Hmmm..."
He moved some of the dirt and looked closer.
"These are older models. Sort of the ones Magneto took control of."
Was he back? The computer hummed and a dot appeared on the map.
"H.A.M.M.E.R. Base of Location..."
Scott slammed his fist into the table as his visor flashed with a deep red.

As peter walks around he see's scott as he stops and walks to him. Scott are you ok? if theres somethin botherin you just tell me if you want to. He walks to the otherside of the room and sits down to relax.

Rogue stated, walking into the room, with a fresh pot of coffee in hand. "Seems yew're needin' this more than anyone else shugah. Anything this ole southern belle can do ta help yew out, Scott?"

"Sorry everyone. I haven't slept in two days."
He took his mug and took another sip.
"I am glad to see everyone is Ok. Any report on Jean?"
He waited for the response as he moved the computer screen to some of his findings.
"Logan, this might interest you more. What we have here is a symbol for the new government faction, H.A.M.M.E.R. This group manifested itself after the Secret Invasion with the Skrull army. Tony Stark and S.H.I.E.L.D. was compromised. The new group, H.A.M.M.E.R., is lead by none other than Peter Parker's old nemesis, Norman Osborn."
A picture of him comes up with the screen.
"While on a date of his..Avengers.. was walking down the street for some public personal relations to get the crowd in favor of Osborn."
He took another sip.
"We can't touch Osborn right now. He is too hot. The government would be all over mutants if we take him out now. Hence why I wanted you to hear this, Logan. I talked to Tony Stark about the Sentinels attacking. It came from Osborn's base. They are an older model made to look like the attack was done by Magneto. You, if I am correct, help the old avengers from time to time. Keep us in the loop with everything they know about Osborn, as well as keep them in the loop with everything we find. This will get messy before it gets better."
He sighed.
"Right now it feels as if our hands are tied."

Peter went near scott and put his hand on scott's shoulder. I'll handle osborn, don't worry scott, we will take those sentinels down, we will do whatever it takes. He said asuringly as he turns to the door and walks near the entrance.

Well, bub, the plot thickens a little bit more. Seems that we have one of Normans little lap dogs running free around this mansion. Seems he was allowed to stay here thanks to Ms. Frost. Daken, my son, is a part of Osborns little Dark Avengers set up. He growled as the last words came out of his mouth. Find the runt, we find some answers.

"Peter. Scott specifically stated, 'We can't touch Osborn right now. He is too hot.'" Jean stated as she leaned against the wall, looking in on everyone in the meeting room.
"The smell of coffee captured my attention." Giving a sly smile in response.

He grabs Pete by the shirt and plops him into a seat. Red has a point. So does One Eye. Sit tight and learn how being on a team works, shorty.

He sat as he was thinkin of how to get to osborn without really gettin him. I think i know of a way we can all get him at once. He said as he was sitting in the chair.

"Jean, should you be up?"
He looked shocked.
"Peter, listen. If you got after him now, it will cause unnessasary attention to us right now that we don't need. He has the keys to the U.S. One paper and we are in chains."
He sighed.
"Logan is right, we need to get Daken. He is on the roster. I'm sorry about your kid."

Jean made her way slowly over to where Scott was sitting. The two day stuble was starting to show along Scott's face. As she gave his face a gentle touch. **I'm fine. Just tired. And you look more exhausted than, I do, Scott. You need to get some rest. Planning everything and taking precautions is a good idea. However a foot solider sent out to the battle field with no rest. Will be useless to the troops. Do you disagree?**
Taking ahold of the cup of coffee, within Scott's hand. The smell was wonderful, though she didn't think she had the stomach to take on the strongness of the drink. Setting the cup back on the table top, "I honestly think you need to steer clear of coffee for a bit, until your rested up Scott."

Peter looks at scott. Well what i was thinking was we search the mansion for this one person first then we get daken to get some info out of him as we get to osborn and get what we need to get from him.

He holds his temples.
"Wait guys... if we let Daken know what we are doing then he will get the info back to Osborn. Don't keep him in the loop, but keep him close. Watch his actions. What do we know about Logan's son other than the obvious? What are his mutations? Our goal is to keep an eye on him until I can find something out from Iron Man"
He looked over at Jean.
"I guess a shower and a nap is in order."
He took a step and staggered a little.
"Woah.."
Scott fell over to the floor. He didn't move.
