Thread owners have power. On their thread, it's their rules. So long as it doesn't conflict with a site, guild, or subforum role, you're obligated to obey.
The mods have more power. If s**t goes down in town, that's when you call the sheriff. In these parts, that would either Sypon or yours truly, Rock_hard_yo.
Read the subforum Posting Guidelines. These contain the forum specific rules and thread keys, which you'll learn about in just a bit.
