Gym Theme: Ruled by Secrecy
Battle Theme: Holy Mountain
In a cold and harsh place lies the Frozen Soul Gym, and Crystal Snow City. The gym itself is a fortress of ice, nearly freezing instantly to the touch. Many statues of ice cover the city, and the doors to the gym are adorned with fearsome statues of the Legendary bird, Articuno. It is here that the challenger steps into the battlefield in the cathedral like building, constantly being pelted by the ever falling hail. Would passion alone bring victory? Or are the challenger's souls going to be frozen in fear? Ask the townspeople as they eye the trainers entering the gym.

IF you win, or you prove yourself very skilled, I will award you the Frigid Guard Badge.
 Qualifications
The only requirement for me is that you be ready when you ask for a match. Nothing else.
Battle Format
1vs1 Battles ONLY (As in 6vs6, just not doubles)
100vs100
Voice Chat RARELY
If you disconnect, It'll count it as a forfeit unless I was losing severely.
Battle Clauses Uber Clause: The following Pokemon are deemed to be unbalancingly powerful and are not allowed to be used: Arceus, Darkrai, Deoxys, Deoxys-A, Deoxys-D, Dialga, Giratina, Groudon, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Lugia, Mew, Mewtwo, Palkia, Latios, Rayquaza, Wobbuffet and Wynaut. Jirachi,and Latias ARE allowed. NO souldew please.
Self KO Clause: Players cannot use moves such as Explosion or Selfdestruct that force a tie. If a move that has recoil damage causes a tie, the user of the move is the loser.
Evasion Clause: A player cannot increase their Pokemon's evasion stat with a move that specifically increases evasion.
Species Clause: A player cannot have two of the same Pokemon on their team. For example, a player cannot have two Koffings on his or her team. This clause of course does not effect the use of multiple Eeveelutions or any other pokes with optional evolutions.
OHKO Clause: Players cannot use moves that have a chance of instantly KO opposing Pokemon. For example, Horn Drill is an illegal move to have on a Pokemon's move set.
Legendary Rule: Only Three legendary Pokemon may be used per team, per battle.
Item Clause v2.0: Each Pokemon on a single team must be holding a different item from one another. However, I am allowing an exception of a max of 2 Leftovers and/or like items (ex: 2 Leftovers, or 1 Leftovers and 1 Black Sludge or 2 Black Sludge, etc). I also allow two of the same berries, except Salac, Sitrus, or oran
Luck "Hax" Item Clause: In online competitive play, the term "Hax" refers to when something unlucky occurs to you. Most of the time this is that 30% chance to freeze from a Ice beam, or something of that nature and it's just the way the game goes. Although, when it comes to hold items that have small chance of completely turning the game around just out of sheer chance, it's deemed rather frustrating and very similar to the OHKO Clause. For this reason, when this clause is in effect, that means the following items are banned from use: Brightpowder, Quick Claw, Focus Band, Razor Fang and King's Rock.

Penguins make good polar pokemon. And the Dex description says that it can cut ice with it's flippers. It still lives in the Arctic anyway~
