I haven't seen a thread on this, but there probably is so please tell me if I repeated.
Anyway, yes, it's been confirmed that Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle will be ending this month, in it's 28th volume. (That along with the artbook will be on sale by September 30th, so I hear)
Now I have mostly distate for this decision. In all, I can't see how on earth Tsubasa will be reigned in in 2 chapters, even if they are who-knows-how-long each (and have lovely color pages... color pagesss) But I'll get to the dicussion most suited for this guild.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO KUROGANE AND FAY?
I'm hoping for at least an itty-bitty moment before the world of Tsubasa goes kabloom, but the raw pictures of Chap. 131 aren't showing anything. Does that mean any KuroFay goodness will have to be shoved in Chap. 132? Or will the end be completely S/S? (I love R!S/S and all, but please, don't completely hand the ending over to them)
Will they not get a happy ending at all?
I want to hear your opinions on this D:

Ok, whoa whoa whoa. Not possible! I can't see
this whole climactic plot to be ended in two chapters.
Especially not for CLAMP. Maybe if it was a normal manga,
they could have one chapter finishing off FWR, and then
another with happy endings (and KuroFai). But the TRC
chapters are only, like, 16 pages long!!!!!!!! Normal manga
have chapters 20-40 pages long... >.> I won't accept this...

Everywhere else is saying the same thing. But it just can't.

Unless the chapters are super, super long, it's impossible for Tsubasa to end this soon. Simply impossible.

I looked and saw somewhere says that the last
chapter will be longer. But, as I remember, last time
they said there was an extra long chapter, it was 18
pages instead of 16... stare
I'm thinking "if they actually extend the chapter to, say,
40 pages, then they can pull it off, even with the second
to last chapter being normal. But... confused

I'm skeptical. Remember back in March where they were saying BOTH HOLiC and TRC were ending April/May? Didn't happen. And besides, CLAMP doesn't do horrible, abrupt endi... oh... wait.. nevermind. T^T
But seriously; each chapter as of late has been 16 pages (except for the LONGER CHAPTER! which was 18. Pffft. rolleyes ), how the heck are they gonna do that? Especially if they do a repeat of last chapter where over half the pages are two-page splashes. rolleyes NOT HAPPENING.
And they can't leave us KF fans hanging, they NEVER do that, even when the relationship is hidden behind subtext. NEVER. And they can't piss of the S/S fans too, because I don't see anything with them happening with Syaoran in the black abyss of his 'sins'. And Yuuko? Huh, wait, yeah, we've pretty much figured she's dead, but... WHAT ABOUT THAT FINAL MOMENT SHE KEPT TALKING ABOUT FOR EVERYONE!? I mean, the hell?
I mean, even if TRC got canceled (which, sadly, I'd not be surprised if that were the case. The fan base has seriously decreased because of the Clow Arc, the long waits between chapters, and the general "I-don't-have-a-effing-clue-what-is-happening-did-something-just-explode-again"ness), they'd give them a good four or five chapters to wrap up in, and it would be all over the place. It makes me wonder if there are problems inside the group or tensions between the magazine and CLAMP. Because, man, CLAMP is not being their normal awesome self with this stuff. Maybe they're starting to spread themselves too thin between HOLiC, TRC, and Kobato, and the new series that they're doing next year, Gate7 (I think that's the title)?
Not to say that I don't adore TRC anymore, but... I'm starting to become dissapointed. sad I mean, I've been a steady fan for five years, and to see it end so suddenly... I don't know, I'm starting to feel cheated.
((Now, HOLiC on the other hand, is completely delivering! That's not ending anytime soon!))

Same! I thought is was going to end soon as well.
But yes, that recent chapter was veeery~ nice. DouWata FTW!
