==== 1. About the Ship ====
The ship is designed to pick up and move things smaller than itself.
==== 2. History and Background ====
UC-77 stand for "Utility Craft No. 77" but is most commonly called the "Cherry Picker" after the utility vehicle that has the crane designed to move a person to a location to perform a task, mainly picking cherries. In this case, the outer crane moves a person through space to grasp and pull in delicate objects the tractor beams cannot handle. Two additional arms are inside the ship as well, and serve to help move the contents of the bay about. The ship was designed before "The Great Betrayal" and therefore serves in numerous roles for both Terrans and Drathonians. It's primary role is to salvage wrecks and gather resources if called for.

===== 5. Inside the Ship =====
==== Deck/Compartment Layout ====
The ship has four decks in total. The lowermost deck is located within the two lower sections. It serves as a storage area in general, and is also where the entrance/exits and linkup points are located. The second and third decks both house the crew, and again, serve as storage. The second deck connects to the main hold of the ship, which is capable of opening up via heavy sliding doors. The fourth deck is very small and cramped, leading to the tractor beam machinery, engines, and eventually the bridge. The port side of the fourth deck also connects to an EVA hatch that grants access to the outer crane.
=== Armory ===
The ship does not have armories, however, there are survival kit lockers interspersed at key points within the ship which includes ready to enter EVA gear, weaponry, ammunition, medical supplies and liquid food.
=== Bridge ===
The bridge has an excellent view of whatever happens through the multiple view ports that dominate the small cabin.
=== Captain's Suite ===
The Captain's Suite is a small spartan room with a bed, writing table, and reinforced/armored locker.
=== Crew Quarters/Mess Hall/Recreation Area ===
Spartan bunks and a single tall locker are provided for each crew member. More roomy than other rooms. The crew quarters often double as a small mess hall, and the primary hold can be used as a recreational area so long as it is empty.
=== Engineering ===
Though small, the engineering compartment is surprisingly well thought out, allowing easy access to the engines, tractor beam arrays and so on.
=== Maintenance Conduits ===
None. The ship is simple, and open, with much of the machinery and equipment easily accessible for repair.
=== Medical Center and Laboratory ===
A pair of large, walk in cabinets for each level in the crew quarters. Contains all the more 'serious' medical gear aboard the ship.
===== 6. Ship Systems =====
==== Armored Hull and Hull Integrated Systems ====
Light armor plating that can be found on most fighter craft only. Can be easily added on to and modified.
==== Computers and Electronics ====
Basic navigation systems only. Slightly more advanced sensor units to detect objects to be scavenged as well as space stranded individuals.
==== Emergency Systems ====
Basic fire suppression. All crew is to wear vacuum suits during combat. EVA suits are located throughout the ship at work areas; propulsion included.
==== Life Support Systems ====
Basic, reliable, old school air scrubbers located throughout the ship.
==== Propulsion ====
The main engines of the ship have poor acceleration, and are designed to move or tow large objects.
==== Shield Systems ====
Basic Plutanovicz shielding system.
==== Additional Systems ====
The ship has several tractor beam nodes dotted in the fore and aft of the ship. The aft also features linkup points that allow it to tow much heavier objects as well. The port side features a crane that can telescope up to 30 meters. The interior also features these same cranes that can slide about the roof on rails and can even reach outside as well.
