Ok at this point in time this will be the game that causes more people to join. I have this game and I must say I love it. Yes he does. I swear against the CPU he is the one MOFO who blocks everything........including the so called unblockable HP attacks.

I love his combos. Best part is, since he has so few you can use that CP for other abilities.
If you think the CPU Jecht is bad, you should see a Human Exdeath. They guy is litterally built like a forttress.

lol funny. It is the reason I got my PSP. I got the bundle from gamestop and the game is awesome. I say it is only for hardcore FF fans.

I got the bundle as well. I wouldn't say it's for "Hardcore" FF fans, but you do have to at least be a fan. As long as you don't believe Squall originated from Kingdom Hearts. I swear.. The noobs you run into on YouTube. -_-

I swear.. The noobs you run into on YouTube. -_- are you serious? there are people who honestly believe that? wow, and this is especially bad for me since FFVIII was my first FF game

Seriously.. One comment left about the game was something like "This game is awesome...I love how they added in Sephiroth from Advent Children." (I shorten it, of course.)
I haven't played through a lot of the series myself, but I know a good handful about the games. My interest didn't rise untill FFX came out, and I've played all the new Spin-offs of FFVII and have been dying to play the FFIV remake, as well as I and II.

Believe me the FFIV remake for the DS is worth the money and time. It is very difficult but still fun. I was not a fan of X in all honesty VII is and always will be my favorite game of the series. Forget AC. Cloud needs to learn that door knockers belong on doors and not his shoulder.

Hahaha, I've always been with the dark side (Aside from leveling Warrior of the Light). In my opinion, all the evil villains have a much stronger combo/potential than the protagonists. Some protagonists are just plain out rigged when they're leveled (try playing with friends that play all day :O).
My Favorite list:
1. Cloud of Darkness (Can't beat all those magic combo [HP])
2. Jecht - He's just really rigged overall from the beginning, though his meteor-catch-throw thing needs to get nerfed at some point. That thing is a 'auto catch' if you know how to use it.
3. Gabranth. You level this guy up, his EX attack is just so rigged, his critical rates are just imbalanced and how he's able to decimate anyone with the 3-EX scenes are just overwhelming for anyone, even if they equip that 1-hp save ring.
And maybe Shantotto if you know that her EX powers make it so her HP-numbers stack...~

The Ultimate Jecht Shot is perfectly fine in the English version. I know it's gotten nerfed since the Japanese version. All characters have their own little tricks going on. Cloud, Squall, and Tidus are really good heros. I'm sure Onion Knight has a use somewhere.. I personally don't care much for the earlier heros, with the exception of Cecil. His Dark Knight combos are awesome.

Well I just think the Good Guys are too mild for me. I mean my real life friends rush and level up their heroes, and it just seems boring to have same heroes fighting one another so I took it upon myself to be the one leveling the villain on my PSP biggrin . And I personally thought it was the best choice on my part. Only time I admit that I suck completely is when I'm faced with Chaos on the hardest difficulty(level).
