We trust that we will not need to use this but to keep this guild running smoothly we have a sequence of steps to take.
So.... If a member is reported for breaking a rule we have a 3 strike program.
Strike 1) warning + 1,000 gold fee (failure to pay will lead to strike 3)
Strike 2) 5,000 gold fee (failure to pay will lead to strike 3)
Strike 3) Banned from guild sad
* All incidents will be investigated and debated on before strikes are issued
* Reasons for strikes will be told to the individual and (individual can dispute strike)
* Strikes are given when a member intentionally violates a guild rule
* All gold from strike 2 warnings will go towards prizes for contests
* Strikes are only given if incident is extremely severe
* If you get a reasonable strike and do not want to pay your fee you may leave guild if you wish or be banned....
* Strike payments must be Payed off in 2 weeks/ 14 days ---> payments to be made to guild mule (otoha_karas)
