The night was dark and lightning streaked across our beloved planet. Somehow the entire Earth was covered in this terrible storm. Scared of the lightning, a little girl peeked out from under the covers to look out the window. Standing in the distance the figure almost seemed human, except for the long tail that it had when the lightning illuminated it, but when it turned to look at her, all she saw were it's glowing purple eyes. She screamed and hid under her covers. When her parents came in, they looked on the distant horizon as the girl begged them to, but the stranger was no where to be seen.

As the world awoke the next morning, parents left for work and kids left for school. To all of their utter amazement, the world had a few new friends. Pokemon.

Talk to the nerd in town and he'll get you started. With all of the coolest gear from pokeballs to pokedex, he'll even give you your first pokemon. Choose from the classic starters, Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle to begin your journey.
Level up your pokemon, challenge new friends and make it through the gym leaders before going after the ultimate pokemon . . .
