A small ornamental African Zulu beaded spear and knob- kerrie. These two African weapons are used by the traditional Zulu tribesmen when attacking their opponent and are commonly seem attached to the Zulu shield along with a center shaft.

This Spear and knob-kerrie set stands at just under 40 cm tall and has wonderful Zulu bead work along the shaft of both the spear and the knob-kerrie.

These tools were used by Zulu tribesmen as an attacking tool to hit their enemy on the head with a Zulu shield in one hand to protect themselves and the knob-kerrie in the other while charging forward. The spear would be thrown just before attack and then charge with the Knob-kerrie.
