Because of all the responses to the idea to create an original guild wide RP, all characters will go here. Note that these are member created characters and no canon characters from any series will be placed here.

First the rules that must be followed. Will not be too strict, but don;t need the characters getting out of control.
1. NO GODLIKE Characters or Magical Girls. ((these are characters that would be considered final bosses in series. eg. ChaosGalaxia))
2. If making a new Sailor Senshi, PLEASE NO SAILOR SUN OR SAILOR EARTH. I cannot tell you how many RPs I have seen with a character like that.
3. Special magical girl rules are as follows.
a. Magical Girls must be between 13-17 years old ((in other words, from Junior High School to High School))
b. Teacher type Magical Women will be between 25 and 35 years old
c. Magical Girls must use only one element. ((eg. fire, earth, nature, etc))
d. No magical girl will have world altering powers((no Sailor Saturn or Sailor Pluto types))
4. Special hybrid((human/animal)) magical girl rules.
a. Will only be gene spliced from animals that actually exist. No werewolves, dragons, etc))
b. Due to series like WINX Club, fairy magical girls will be allowed
5. Most important is to BE CREATIVE AND HAVE FUN

Magical Girl Name: ((obviously when your girl transforms this is what she is known by))
Real Name: ((this is your girl's actual name and when not saving or destroying the world she is called by this))
Age: ((Read the rules. magical girls are between 13 and 17 while teachers are between 25 and 35))
Height: ((optional in feet and inches))
Weight: ((optional in pounds))
Home: ((where character lives))
Normal Appearance: ((anime pics only)) ((this is how your character gnerally looks when in everyday attire))
Magical Girl Appearance: ((anime pics only)) ((this is how your character generally looks when transformed))
Element: ((What your characters powers come from)) ((only one))
Magic Girl Attacks: ((List the attacks your magical girl uses. Put down name and description)) ((Up to four))
Hobbies: ((What you magical girl likes to do. eg. study, hang out with friends))
Likes: ((optional. 2-5 things that you character enjoys))
Dislikes: ((optional. 2-5 things your character hates))
Background Bio: ((Tell us about your character in 1-3 short paragraphs. Please no novels))

Average Power Level - Inner Senshi
High Power level - Uranus, Neptune
THAT IS AS HIGH AS IT GOES FOR CREATED CHARACTERS
Very High Power Level - Saturn, Pluto
Demi God-like Power - Eternal Sailor Moon
God like Level - any series final boss

I'd like my character's powers to be based on lightning and energy. Do you consider energy to be an element? I'd like to know for character-creating purposes.

Hmmm...perhaps we need a gender/magical boy option. We can't go an entire RP with no male characters whatsoever. That's sort of unfair.

Yeahhh... my magical character pretty much breaks all stereotypes, in that while they are a magical girl when they transform, when they are a regular person, they may or may not be male, and may or may not be a single parent...>_> It pretty much breaks all everything ever. Is my magical girl businessman thing of awesome really not allowed because zie's in sir early 20s, and male and not in school?

okay time for updates.
1. Age is between 10 and 17 for magical girls.
2. Adult characters can be between 25 and 50
3. Magical boys are allowed. Damn Japan and its steryotypes. by all means, make male characters^^
4. Here are the elements and an example.
Water - Mercury, Neptune
Earth - Uranus
Lightning - Jupiter
Light - Venus
Fire - Mars
Wood - sort of Jupiter
Darkness - for villains only or antiheroes
Wind
5. Elements that are off limits are space, time, death, etc.
everyone happy now^^
and Kaiba, permission granted since Auroura okays it

Wait, the thought just occurred to me. How many characters are we allowed to have? I want to have a total of three characters; two villains and one protagonist. I'm quite capable of handling this amount of characters, but if it's too much, feel free to tell me to tone it down to one or two.
Also, has anyone decided on an actual plot or storyline? It'll help to have one when I create my bio, but I can just discuss her history and such I suppose.

I was about to ask the same thing about plot and storyline.
Simply since it makes it easier for me to actually think about my
character and whatnot.
And whoot for having male charries.
Um. Multi-charries, if it were up to me, I wouldn't mind. Simply since I typically play multiple characters. Especially since in things like this, there's always a chance that characters can die.
Then again, if it's Sailor Moon style, heroes are always resurrected in the end, aren't they? Lol.
Question. Do these characters have something in common. The Heroes.
For example, in Tokyo Mew Mew, everyone was based off of food.
Sailor Moon, they were all space related...except for some of those random Sailor in the Stars series. So, do we have something that they're grouped by? Like Flowers? Precious Stones? Animals? I dunno. x.x Or is it by the X-men effect where everyone is named by their abilities?

I think we should do it by precious stones if we choose a Magical Girl theme. I'll begin the character-making process, but I cannot finish it just yet.
I really prefer playing villains, but I feel better playing one good character too. I'll begin creating a new new character in case I can't have more than one character. =3
Edit: We need to choose a location for our magical girls. They can't live scattered across the planet can they? We'd never find each other.
