1. The notification must be for something guild related - contests, campaigns, etc. We're not going to spam everyone with notices that it's raining or that you're questing an item of some sort.
2. You are responsible for the fee to send the notice. The price is at the top of the thread and will be updated daily. If you have already donated to the guild, you're covered for that amount. So basically if you donated 570 gold to the guild you could send 3 notices (at the rate of 190 a pop) before having to donate again.
3. Please make sure that you keep the notice UNDER 1500 characters for the message and 128 for the subject. HTML tags are also not allowed in the notices.
4. Only one notice may be sent out per day, so if this becomes popular there will be a waiting list. The list will be first come, first serve unless you choose to give up your place in the list.
5. After you have created the thread with the message you want sent out, pm me with a link to the thread. I will message you back and close the thread once the notification has been sent.

Each member notice should be placed in it's own thread in this subforum. If you lump them all together, or put them somewhere else, I may miss them.
Also, please make sure that you put a title for the notice as well as the message in your thread, else I won't know what you'd like it to say. And if you make me pick something, well, you can bet my sense of humor will come creeping out in it, and you may not like that.
