(i dont care that its only for Espada. you're using the other training grounds and im going to help Darkri reach his resurreccion.)

A large room, circluar room beneath Los Noches. It is aproximatly 2 miles down, isolated so that it does not disturb the Espada above. It's dimensions are simlar to that of Michios lab, 750 yards in diameter and 750 yards high. It is separated into three different terains: mountainous, flatland, and forest. In the middle of these three areas is a 50 yard circular area with large obelisks around the perimeter, spaced out every 7 yards. In the middle of this central area stands Michio and Cen.

"Okay Cen, to begin, we must find your inner hollow. Resurreccion is when you combine yourself with you former hollow self, but that cannot be done when you don't even know what your inner hollow is or how to find it. My methods are extreme, but I find they prove the best results."

Cen let out a little chuckle, "I know her and She knows me, She just won't let our powers fuse. She says that if or powers fuse to early in my awaken state it might cause or powers to lapse and collapse upon themselves. She is easing me to my former state, As you saw with my battle with Darkri I am now able to wield Sheekakura without the use of my hands."

Cen's eyes erupted with his red glow, He took the tips if his fingers and charged them with reitsu. He reached out and grabbed his attack and redirected it away from himself. The tip of his blade was inches from Cen's nose as Michio approached. Cen bent at the knees as they locked into place holding himself into place as Michio flew past him. Cen pushd off with hsi toes causing him to fly into the air spinning rapidly. While spinning his form was disfigured as he spun rapidly. Loud bangs were heard as 5 ceros left Cen's figure and started flying towards Michio.
((Just as a heads up I respect rank and all but im not going to alow you to treat me like trash ^^))

The symbol that is embeded upon Sheekakura appeared infront of Cen's hand. The massive cero attack clashed with this symbol as if it struck a shield. The symbol began to spin rapidly and condense the used raiestu into an orb which was held inplace by the three pronged symbol. "Redirection with a combo of amplification, Basic yet effective. Since you are showing me your new techniques I shall give you the honor of showing you mine."
The energy began to siphon into the three tips of the symbol causing the cero attack to disperse. The symbol exploded causing the three pieces to scatter in a triangular formation around Cen and Michio. The symbol fragments began to burrow into the ground and cause fissures. Big crystal like structures rose from the floor and into the air. ((16 sided prisms))
"I call this my Prism of Shadows technique, I use my oppenets attack against them....from every angle!"
Cen pointed his finger at one of the three prisms and fired off a lesser cero, which struck the crystal structure. The red cero was absorbed by the prism causing it to glow a dark erry purple insteadof red. The prism grew bright and brighter as ceros shot off in all directions. The cero scatter caused a chain effect with the other prisms setting off more and more cero chain effects. Many cero beams shot right at Cen but Sheekakura flew infront of him. The blasts connected with the symbol on his scythe, completing his little prison. There Cen stood, a few yards away from Michion, but yet they both were surrounded with cero beams. "You see the way this attack works is if one of the beams are disrupted then the prisms self destruct causing massive damage to those caught inside, But on a brighter note if one of your attacks catch a beam the prisms power is amplified. Very few options for a retaliation I'm afraid. You may try to over load them with reitsu but ill just create another prism to counter ballance the power load, and complicating this formation even further."

"Your attempts to trap me are weak, my apprentice. Bakudo 21, Sekienton" Michio disappears in a burst of red smoke, reappearing outside of Cen's crystal trap. "I wonder what would happen if I shot those things to pieces..." Michio bit the tip of his left thumb and held his hand out towards Cen. As the blood slowly dripped out of his thumb, he said, "Gran Rey Cero." Instead of making it compact and powerful, he made it fire widely, so everything, including the crystal structures, in that area would be destoryed.

Michio smiled a small smile. He had anticipated Cen to try some trickery. He began building reiastu at an astonishing level. At the same time, all of Cen's pillars began to glow a dark red, the reisatu inside collecting all the rieatu around him. "I can control the reiastu I exert, but only if its being trapped. For example, the reiastu trapped inside your pillars is trying to break free and return to me!" Then, one by one, the pillars shattered into dust, falling to the ground and creating more pillars. "If you don't call your attack off, it will consume us both!" Michio said with a sadistic smile. He continued to make the pillars explode, and in no time at all, the training grounds had become very crowded. Michio used his sword to block the many Ceros coming at him in all directions, soon moving so quickly, his arm movements were a blur. "You can't block everything, you fool!"
